Although I have read the occasional story of cheaters genuinely regretting their cheating and paying the price with dignity, with a rare few even having a redemption arc(hence why I don't necessarily believe in the phrase "Once a cheater, always a cheater, at least not yet), I'm absolutely well aware that more often than not, as soon as they possibly can, cheaters will slip back to their old ways.
The option of revenge is up to the person that was cheated on. Its OPs choice and she should do what she needs to do. The people telling her to be " the better person " are not involved so how do they know what she needs to do for her self. Its ok to give advice but in the end its up to her to decide. Now before anyone says I am being vindicated, before I met my wife I was dogged by my ex. To find out afterwards that this POS cheated on me even while using my check to pay for their sexcapades??? I did the forgiving route, only to have my ex's parents say some insane lies about me. So, I exposed them for what they were(cheaters, lied on tax returns, homophobic, racist, etc.) and I got calls from both my ex and the family telling me that they were wrong, come back, and be a happy family again?!?! I was the one who cleaned up their messes, I was the one to iron out problems. AND NOW YOU WANT ME TO COME BACK AFTER LYING ON ME ?!?! F that. Sometimes revenge helps the healing process of a broken heart. Sometimes you have to burn the cut in order to speed up the healing process. Sometimes...being petty is a good thing for someone who was wronged.

I honestly think that OP did well, she went years with no contact. But then they had to bring that SH*T back up. That would bring to life all the hurt and anger, that had previously been suppressed, then to have the cheek to play victim? People can only take so much, and the revenge was OP's "so much", if you know what I mean.
I think the parents are partly to blame here. OP seems to be the golden child, which built up jealousy in little sis who just wanted attention and affection. The mimicry was because she never felt good enough, and big sis seems to have never much cared for her sister's feelings, further feeding this dynamic between them. Enter the jerk... He, being a playboy, sees easily that little sis is starved for affection, so he gives it. Now there's still no excuse, because obviously she broke a MAJOR rule of common decency here, but I can sort of see why she did it. She's got some baggage she really needs to work out. OP is in no way required to forgive her or even have a relationship with her, but I think the two COULD recover the relationship with each other after several years of no/low contact and family therapy. First, they need to stop hurting each other. Then they'll need to find worth within themselves instead of drawing comparisons all the time. Once they can do that and bring themselves to forgive one another, they may finally be able to be sisters. Currently, it seems unlikely that will ever happen, but if only for OP's peace, it may be worth considering letting go of the anger enough to be able to move on from stirring ip the drama any further. Wasting her energy on a man who proved he was never worth it seems like it will do little to improve her life. And continuously rubbing her sister's nose in it will only cause further drama and stress, drawing them into an exhausting spiraling mess of one-upmanship. If OP wants more peace, she should stop wasting energy on sis and go no contact.

OP's sister has some serious problems with living in her sister's shadow and that left her extremely vulnerable to a lying cheat. OP could have recovered the relationship with her sister but chose not to. That may or may not bite her later but exposing the guy who's a chronic cheat was exactly what he deserves.
