If I remember correctly, they did film in the house a couple of times and there was always a ton of backlash and criticism and people examining the footage. And I think I remember people estimating the cost of their artwork and such. They only got divorced legally so her spiritual marriage was still in place and wouldn't have needed to be redone (she was never unsealed from him spiritually). He marriage even after the divorce was technically just as valid as his marriage to Janelle and Chrsistine (and Robyn prior to the new legal marriage)

I bought 5 acres of densely wooded property in central Virginia, but grew up in central California, so live in fear of forest fires. All my new neighbors thought I was crazy when I kept worrying about not having a firebreak between my house and the woods 😂. It rains so much, I suppose they have a point, even in summer when it’s hot as 😈 the ground is still damp and so are the trees.

I was having heart palpitations the first time I saw my neighbors bonfire in the backyard, we're surrounded by trees and it was late summer. I was looking at purchasing land in either Monterey County or down near Cambria or Morro Bay, but since Newsom put a moratorium on water rights, the land was basically worthless. A fellow was selling his place on the water list for $120,000 and he was like 275th in line to be allowed water access if they ever allow new water installs again. The land I was looking at was gorgeous, on the cliffside, in Morro Bay overlooking the water, but with no water, what’s the point?

We joked about putting a yurt up n going off grid and the realtor about lost her mind over permits, and temporary structures. Ugh I want to go back but unless you're a multi-millionaire it's nearly impossible to build.
