Congratulations on opening your shop to do Sisterlocks and microlocs. I wasn't aware that you were doing that. That's great! And your hair looks great as well.
Thanks for sharing your sisterlocks journey. I have gone back to your beginning videos and saw that your sisterlocs were fitting in a ponytail just like mine. My hair is like yours and I am 2 months locked. You have given me hope. I will loc the cute (little girl) hairstyles for now until they mature.
If you want more volume, tell your loctitian during the interlocking process. Make sure they are locking the hair in the opposite way of your part so you get extra volume when you flip it over.
@@TheRealKylaB So I actually don’t do it because my hair is pretty thick but my loctitian who has super thin hair told me the trick she does just in case and her hair looks amazingggg. Truly some of the best sisterlocks I’ve seen :) I think a way for you to tell how it would look on you would be to flip your hair in the opposite direction now and see if you like the bump/volume it gives you and then next time you retwist take than into account :)
Congratulations BW on your new loc shop!!! Your Sisterlocs look fantastic. You are beautiful as well. I’m so proud of you for completing your goal of implementing peoples loc journeys!
Oh my gosh, you look like me when I was in 7th grade at that length! Trust me the longer your hair gets , the thicker, for sure. You're just going through a thickening phase. Your hair is going to get so thick you won't believe it, take it from me who grew mine to my waist, chopped it all off, and completely regrew again to my waist
I've been wagering back and forth with getting microlocs and you have truly helped with my fears I'm going to start my loc journey at the end of this month thank you so much

Your hair looks amazing! 💜 Congratulations on your shop as well! I was about to ask about you keeping the ends curly and then you mentioned it. I like your prospective on just letting it do what it wants to do. I just started my microloc journey and am on the fence about doing it or not. Peace, love and blessings 💜💜💜
I absolutely love your hair, i just got locked a 6 days ago. love them. I stubbled across your page because I have fine, thin, see through hair. I just want to thank you for doing this on youtube. Now I just need to know how to wrap this hair, tie up or whatever to go to sleep. for now it's just a hair tye and silk bonnet, so far that's working for me. Any suggestions, as I continue to stroll thru your videos. Thanks again
you're welcome. I figured posting my journey would be helpful. I'm always glad to hear from people that it is! Congrats on starting your loc journey! I tied my hair up with a beastie in the beginning. Before it had any volume.
Conditioner on the ends prevents them from locking. But your hair’s natural texture determines whether it will be curly or not. I used conditioner one time the 2 1/2 years I’ve had my locs. My ends are still curly.
