Literally just got finished with my morning workout routine, which consists of about four of your videos. Now it will be 5 bc these are some great movements, fellas! Thanks & God bless yall. 🙏💖✨
47 and having a lot of spinal issues (the 2 spondy's , stenosis causing a compressed nerve and more issues! These are going to be put into my daily routine to help get me moving more! THanks ya'all!
Hello Mike and Brad! Hi Bob in the background!! Thanks for sharing this video with us and I didn't know the effects of constantly sitting down had on the body until this video. I'll definitely start doing this daily, I already started doing some while watching the video today! See y'all next video! Toodles!!
I think I can feel the effects of sitting way too much. Sitting literally makes me stiff, the way I used to feel only when I first got going in the morning-- only all the time now. I do look forward to adding this to my morning routine.
Thank you for this video, I'm going to use it this winter when I can't go walking. We live in the)e country (no city sidewalks 🎼). I don't know if I can drink 2 glasses of water first thing in the morning. I never thought sitting exercises would require much energy for heart. Thank all 3 of you, 7 days a week, for years & still have ideas to share, phew!! 😊
Thank you both. I have had a few months of inactivity so I'm going to do these exercises daily. I'm also going to pass these on to a friend whom has been sedentary for a few months and keeps falling over. It will help her I'm sure. Please give my best wishes to your dear partner.❤
Hello, Just to let you know how much we miss Bob so much. We know about his illness and will continue to keep him in our prayers. We realize Mike is qualified as a therapist, but to put it bluntly.... we don't care for his style....' don't like.. hope you find someone to take his place similar to Bob. Please pass love and prayers to Bod..... "Bob, WE LOVE YOU"! AND MISS YOU... God Bless❤🙏

My worst problem is sitting in the car as passenger for road trips, I have a herniated disc between L3 and L4. Your back exercises have been a wonderful help but I do not know how to support my back when travelling. Have tried few things from motor shops. Stop every 1.5 hrs and walk but as soon as I sit back in car the pain starts again. Any suggestions would be helpful.
May I give a suggestion? Exercises for travel. My husband and I go back and forth visiting family in our little VW Golf. Both for while we are driving and when we get out of the car. Side note: We stopped along I-80 by the Mississippi. There was a walking trail that I went down. As I walked, there were lovely memorial benches along the trail. I stopped at one. It was for "Shirley A Waddel". I identified with her! That was how I was walking! "Surely a waddle."
I do a lot of sitting. I'm a volunteer driver for our county. I take people all over, for appointments. I also need core and arm strength. Some of our clients use a walker and I need to be able to fold them and lift into the car. Fold the walker, not the people. Lol😂😂😂 By the way, I'm 73 and less than 5'tall.
THANK YOU. You guys are the best. My whole routine for back and pain,BPPV, cervical vertigo,is based on your vids, AND they are the same as the PT routines I got through medical insurance a couple 9f years ago. . It is much better to move along with you than to look at a drawing. You guys are the real deal. Best to Bob.
I worked from home for years and sat for long periods of time. In addition I no longer have a car as of 2 years ago. Because of that, I almost never got out and about. With all that I now have a very hard time standing for more than a few minutes. My lower back will hurt and require me to sit down after about 2 to 3 minutes. I don’t have insurance right now. Do you think it is because my back muscles are weak? I am only 53, but sedentary and very overweight. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks for all you do! 😊

Hello BMB (=Brad, Mike, Bob)!! I am Maria watch your channell from Athens in Greece and I like very much all the information, exercises, humour and kindness you have. You are super!! One month ago I had a break of my right limb 5th metatarsal (if I translate it correctly in english) and as you understand the doctor asked me to be in rest until 18th September when he will check the progress again. I believe that these exercises you showed us will give me a little motion while be sitting on a chair. Many thanks for all you offer us through your channell. It is great help even far away in the other side of planet!!
The sit2stand looks like a killer, honestly. Not literally. I am out of breath just watching it. It's late, 1st thing tomorrow, after the 20 oz of H2O,while coffee is brewing. Once again, I thank you for sparing me the dri e to the PT for stuff he'd have me do,too. I like to reserve him for vertigo! Man,did I take my comfy chair with covid and just can't let go.
what you should say is 'if you cannot twist and shoulder check , you have no business driving a car" too many seniors should surrender license but thye don't.
