1 ½ cup Sitaphal puree
1 cup Cream
1 cup Milk
1 cup Sugar powder
¾ cup condensed milk

Hi i tried it today n kept in freezer. I separated the sitafal seeds with my hands only wearing gloves i separated 3 sitafals in just 7 minutes, no need of any mixer friends. Thanks for this video👍👍

First off, I loved your tip on separating the pulp from seeds - the seeds are one reason I avoid eating custard apple. More importantly, my gardener just walked in with a custard apple from my backyard while the video was playing!!! With the rains gone and October heat coming up in Nov daytime, ab toh Sitaphal icecream banta hai 😂

@Lajwanti Shahanu How lovely to have a garden full of custard apples . My brother lives in the States and has a garden full of mangoes .In the UK, where I'm from you can't grow these type of fruits . I don't have a garden as I live in a flat but I would love to have a garden . Enjoy your custard apple ice cream !

I made it and only one thing i noticed while eating was it was very sweet so a little suggestion for those who dont like more sweetness is if the custard apple is sweeter than decrease the quantity of condensed milk or powdered sugar.😊

@Atharva Chavan Thanks for the tip ! I' ve never made ice cream before , so know nothing about making it. I thought you needed an ice cream maker , otherwise you get i ce crystals , but just learned from this vid you can avoid them, by stiring the ice cream half way through and using condensed milk Custard apples aren't always available in the UK and can be expensive so your tip about using other fruits is great ! Thanks again !

i think the base materials for making ice cream at home is same which is before mixing the pulp. once you mix them all you may add any kind of pulp to your liking.

HAVE LEARNT A LOT FROM U CHEF . BUT THIS IS A SMALL TIP ..MIX THE SITAFAL PUREE WITH LITTLE WHIPPED CREAM MIXTURE ..AND THEN ADD IN THE ENTIRE MIXTURE..THIS WILL HELP TO KEEP THE AERATION IN THE ICECREAM ..IT WILL NOT DEFLATE THE MIXTURE ..
