Hey I'm at my in-laws in Sant Salvador right now. Coming to Sitges on Thursday. Any good places to eat (dog friendly?) We have friends who live half the year there, but they're more my in-laws friends. Lovely couple but they never let us in on the good places. Probably see us to much in Zaragoza 😂😂
@@phoenix0477 Hola 👋, ok for lunch at a dog friendly restaurant, I would recommend “Incognito” on the Carrer d’ Europa (near post office) and for dinner perhaps “Komokieras” on the Carrer d’ Espalter. I don’t think this one is dog friendly…..but I would certainly recommend the Turbot fish 😃. For both places at this time of the year, you would need to make a reservation in advance. @@mattsouter3929 Hola, I posted yesterday…not sure why it didn’t come up. Dog friendly place for lunch would be Incognito Restaurant on the Carrer d’ Europa. They have a great set lunch menu for €18 for 3 courses including wine. Dinner,….there are many great places but if I had to pick, I would say the restaurant Komokieras on the Carrer Espalter. The Turbot fish is fabulous and the service very good, prices reasonable for a higher end restaurant. Otherwise, “El Castell” on the Carrer Carreta. There’s no outdoor terrace but the food is spectacular, although on the pricey side. The restaurant “Xampu Xampany” in the Oasis area has a great lunch and dinner menu. Under €20 a head for 3 courses with wine. Note that these places are not with sea view. They are places with seasonal local produce at reasonable prices (apart from El Castell). For general drinks, the bar “Maldita” in the Oasis area is friendly and reasonably priced. A large glass of rose wine costs €2,90 for example, a beer I believe is €2,50. It has a nice terrace and friendly vibe (no sea view). I hope this helps for now. Enjoy your time in Sitges!

I have said this before but as far as we are concerned your vlogs and a few others are why we turn onto You tube. We watch because you and Helen are so bloody entertaining, the vlogs are never long enough and we appreciate the thought and time and effort that go into making them. THANKS Kay and Paul x

Sitges is still as beautiful after 35 years of me going there, most of the gays were Italians when I was there ,love the hat better than a cap, best beach I ever went on . Thanks for showing love your vlogs x I go spain every year

Sitges is gorgeous! We went two years in a row and nipped into Barcelona on train. The night life and beaches were amazing as well. You’ll have to go back during Festa Major, it is absolute mayhem but an experience.
Super vlog amigos. You’re soaking up the life of us folk who have made the move to live our lives Europe. Piece of advice…find where the locals eat and drink. More authentic food and much, much cheaper.

Went to Sitges last year and when I left, my heart refused too, so my heart remains there. It is as beautiful as it looks, if not more when you are there. I,m happy that I left my heart in Sitges. ❤ Btw love watching you both, your a absolute pleasure keep the uploads coming. 😊

I went to Valençia in the 90’s as some students stayed at my Mums house over here and I went over to stay at one of theirs in Sueca Valençia. There was a massive Gulliver as a park, his finger alone was a slide and his hair and you could climb all over him, I had two young sons at the time. Also the Fallas festival around April is the best and lasts for weeks. I just love Spain, the paths and houses with tiles on etc the weather makes it all even more stunning x x x Can’t wait to see your Valençia trip x x x

Hi James, you mention in a previous vlog about the extra care you are devoting to your beard. Can I say in my humble opinion 'keep it grey' it's more dashing. But at the end of the day as my grandad used to say " if it suits the wearer, bugger ther starer. 🙂
I hired a convertible car from Malaga years ago and drove right down the coast to Gibraltar and back over a few days for 200 euro!! Was brilliant The fedora is fab ❤❤
