It pisses me off so badly when a man continually denies a baby and does NOTHING for them, but then as soon as he find out it IS HIS BABY he claims he wants full custody.

He doesn't care about the baby. He just doesn't want to pay child support. If he did get custody of her, he'd probably just hand her over the his momma and let Grandma raise her.

What drives me crazy is people thinking raising children is a 18 year responsibility. I'm sorry kids grow up and have more milestones. Graduations, weddings, children, holidays and ect. Not like kids celebrate things and what their family all there. Its ridiculous to think your duty ends at 18. My oldest is 20 almost 21 and yes I'm still doing my job as a mother to this day because she still wants and needs me there. (Yes she lives on her own, works full time and goes to school full time).
Completely agree! I'm 32 and still sometimes need my folks for help. Same with my 29 year old sister and my 26 year old brother. They went to my sisters college graduation (mine was the same day so they missed mine), was there when my brother went off to the military, they were there for my second wedding as well as my brother's wedding, they go to my children's school functions, and watch my kids all the time so my husband and I can have date night once in a while or so we can run errands child free lol Parents are supose to be parents for LIFE! The legal obligation ends at 18 but the practical and loving obligation never ends

I think it could be about the child support rather than anything. My guess is, if he got his way he'd get custody of all his kids, drop them at his mother's door and live off child support from the mothers.
Judge was so done she didn't say JACK about resources or counseling available, nor did she hope they took advantage of them, nor did she wish them the best!!!

Um is there a waiting period you’re supposed to observe before putting someone on child support? Babies cost money before they even pop out... So am I missing something? If you’re not in a relationship with the other biological parent, isn’t it best to get things settled in the beginning? We’ve seen tons of parents come to PC with THOUSANDS of dollars of back child support owed. Wouldn’t you rather start with small payments from the start? When Judge Lake is ruling on cases where the mom is suing for expenses for the child, she rules on EVERYTHING that there’s evidence of... strollers, car seat, food, diapers, doctors’ visits.... and some of it is from BEFORE the child is born. Ridiculous. Just pay the support. You’re the dad.
