As soon as he said that congenital defect comment, I knew this dude has taken the time to look into this. Nobody just knows about that type of defect and how it’s passed on unless they took the time to research it. If the mom didn’t have that defect, he didn’t have the defect, but the guy who he thinks is the father did have it, it’s probably not his child. The odds are astronomical to have a spontaneous mutation resulting in the exact same deformity as someone else the mother was proposed to have slept with.

He was just defending the fact that he was treated by the mother and daughter as a deadbeat father - the judge let her speak let the mom and daughter make comments while he spoke - when they spoke he NEVER interrupted - he asked her was she a DNA expert after she had bashed him repeatedly and the judge pounced on him for one comment smh - really disappointed with the judge on this one - sorry but not sorry the judge seemed a bit one sided and unnecessarily aggressive toward the "dad" - he was and has been extremely respectful -

he interrupted the JUDGE LOL. Thats the whole point. starting at 4:25 he was being unnecessarily defensive because he got put in his place for something he shouldn't have said to the girl. And from 4:25 while the judge was talking, all he did was make faces, fold arms, shift in body language, and interrupt the JUDGE while he was speaking. And THAT went on for a while, until the judge straight up told him that he was NOT going to win a verbal battle with her. Had he NOT demonstrated that behavior, i'm pretty sure the judge wouldnt have escalated.
