I’m Curious if men ever crave connection, especially in this day and age, but are still afraid of the commitment or being hurt. Could men get into these situations because they’re subconsciously craving intimacy but pride or fear tells them they don’t want an actual relationship?🤔

You are totally right, men do crave genuine connection but if they have an avoidant attachment style they may not be aware of how they react when they start to truly care for someone. People who have developed avoidant attachment styles through childhood experiences want love and intimacy but subconsciously block it for fear of getting hurt.
