I am proud of you!! :) I remember you were the first big youtuber replying to one of my videos, for you that might not be something big, but for me it was a huge compliment. Thanks!
Well, people have suffered from different religions on numerous occasions, same can be said about a lot of other aspects of society though. Religion isn't equal to faith though, and while it's true that religions are just part of the system created by people for people, it doesn't mean one shouldn't believe in the existence of something higher. It's totally fine though if they choose to follow some religion to help them direct their faith. One also can't blame religion for deeds of its supporters. People tend to blame Islam for terrorist attacks, but it's just false. The specific militant group is responsible, not the entire 1.5k years old religion. As for the people who spam "pray for paris", those are mostly the people who just repeat everything that's in trend. Atheism is meta lately, so they repeat "god? what a joke", then next month someone says "pray for paris" and they repeat this. People see the news, people communicate, so this # bullshit doesn't increase social awareness. It doesn't serve any function besides showing others that you pretend to care. I honestly can't imagine a person who'd lose someone in a terrorist attack go and spam #PrayForParis all over the internet. If one does sincerely care and wants to pray, he does. He doesn't look to socialize with millions of random people suddenly. This spam is just words without meaning in 90% of the occasions. Whether God exists or not, he doesn't need prayers from those who don't give a fuck. I can honestly say that I don't care about these dead people. I didn't know any of them. The terrorism act itself is horrible and it's really unfair for innocent people to die for some group's interests and ideas. Nonetheless, I didn't know any single one of them. Tens of thousands of people die every day, at least 1% of them don't die their own death. How is terrorist attack any different from car accident? Random serial killing? Why do these exact ~100 people deserve much more fuss than ~100 people who die across the world each day? Why don't people who spam #PrayForParis do it every day for everyone? Selective care? Or do they just spam it to create their own social group and be like "Oh I see you care too, you're so nice, I'm so nice too, look at me"?
+ArcanumVader It's called compassion. Just because you don't have that, don't blindly accuse others of doing it for attention. Some people do and screw them for their egocentric mindsets but don't give me a bullshit 90% statistic because that's clearly not based on anything but personal frustration with the minority group that does it for attention. Why is terrorism different from a car accident? Now that's narrow-minded. It's different because of the goals behind it and how it's achieved; the attempt to destabilize western society through an organized mass-slaughter. When people get brutally mass murdered while attending a concert, people start getting afraid, afraid to do what they do in daily life, attending concerts, going to the supermarket, eating out in a restaurant. People start lashing out, they try to find a group to blame, mass-chaos erupts. This is EXACTLY what terrorism is aimed to do. Don't let that happen. People are creatures that herd, they follow what the others are doing. While that is a bad thing from a lot of perspectives, at this moment I view it as something that can unite people all over the world which is what we need to fight terrorism.
+Falxhor car accidents are unintentional murders, serial killings and terrorism are intentional with different goals. I'm not saying they're exactly the same, but these deaths all deserve compassion on the same level. Being compassionate for one group of people and not for a much larger group that dies unnoticed is hypocritical.
+Dr Milkman it's funny that everyone keeps saying that, because in the past when he did play ranked he was always diamond, not to mention he's beaten some pro players
+Neku Sakuraba Well he is not thaaaat good. Still guess he would end up in upper plat/lower diamond due to having a lot of experience/game knowledge and decent mechanics (maybe better on his mains, lb for example)
Siv thanks for the video , after what happened in Paris AND(because people only seem to Care about Paris) in Beirut i needed something like That to cheer me up #PrayForParis / #PrayForBeirut
