@@sibuthegreat shut up kid. You dnt know his masterful batting against WI, AUS n RSA in away. He was just fall away when faced fast pace. Good against zimbhave n sri lanka at home. Away he scked
@@lexusnexus6858 Dude may be you were in kindergarten when I used to play and watch cricket...Rahul Dravid has been given countless opportunities in ODI n test...check when Rahul used to play with his mustaches...all I am saying is chances n opportunities that was not given to SSD
There should not be any debate any debate for his chances. Many Indian openers eclipsed by sehwag. It's not the fault of das or any selectors , it's his bad luck to play during the era of sachin, sehwag, dravid, dada, laxman, yuvi.
He got 23 test chances i think he beat 1300 runs with 35 average he batted well he would have been given some more chances i think .In Odis he got only 4 chances it is not enough to prove themselves for his talent he would have been played 100 above games
Wah muralitharan ek legend he sab jante he Lekin usiko itna ache tarika se batting kiye dekh ke maza ageya ...agar achase mauka milta ho ek legend player ho pate 🤔
That time he is not got selected because of Sanjay banger who is called as a all rounder. He scored a 250 in England in his last tour game but that is not enough for him to get his place back
Played all the shots with so much authority and class. Equally good against pace and spin. He had all the shots cut, pull, drive. Unfortunately, one bad series and he lost his place. Rise of Virender Sehwag as an opener was also one of the reasons behind his non-selection. S S Das could have played that England series along with Sehwag but the management chose to go with Sanjay Banger as he was an all-rounder.
So many young talents have been ignored.. and some veteran cricketers who have been struggling since last one year,r getting chance again and again..... Politics is there.. Ind may win every bi-lateral series but not any big tournament because of this partiality...
