During a bad run at the tables, I doubled a S19. The guy on 1st and the dealer told me that was a bad move I had the 3rd best hand. I told them they had the #1 bust card showing. I end up taking the dealers bust card and the dealer beat me. I glad to see the math behind that move and will keep doing it.
I doubled soft 19 against a 5 once because the count was really high, I took the bust card and the dealer drew to 21, making everyone at the table lose lmao
@@howkriv I know it’s just a terrible way to cause the whole table to lose since it’s not standard basic strategy. And most people don’t even know to double S19 against a 6 so they definitely all hated me
these are for multideck (4+ decks), but it works for less decks as well. if you want a more accurate basic strategy chart for your game rules search on google for wizard of odds' basic strategy generator
A7 vs a 2 is a stand. Vs 3-6 it’s a double. Vs a7 it’s a stand. Vs an 8 it’s a stand. Vs a 9 and 10 it’s a hit. Vs an A it’s a hit. Single deck it depends on whether the dealer hits or stands on soft 17. If they hit , you hit, if they stand you stand. Vs a 2 it’s a close play.
Good presentation! I did notice that doubling your soft 19 on a dealer 6 should only be done on tables where the dealer hits soft 17 rather than standing on soft 17.
Dealer has a higher percentage of busting, the player doubles any time a hand they can make money based off of the math. The math never lies!!!@@tdinh7609
We hear you, talking about a bust card? CSM in Gauteng casino has no bust cards??? Dealers beat the hell out of all 7 boxes, at 3 players bets. The dealers are not even needed? The rigged CSM machines (POVERTY DISTRIBUTORS WITH NO REMORSE).
on s17 games its a stand, but you can deviate from basic strategy at TC 1+. on h17 games its always a double down, unless there is a negative count in that case you should stand
