Six Godiva Secret Wigs in Five Brunette Shades:

Each wig (even the same wig ordered twice) can always have slightly different shades. I have ordered Ginger Brown and I have one lighter and one darker. So always keep that in mind. Differences in the time of day, direct sun, overcast, in the shade or indoors or various shades of light (a light ring) will always change the color of your wig as well as your natural hair.
This review was recorded in under one-hour (I just opened my front door, then stepped outside into the same location). I did this to give each wig the same light condition both inside and outside. No light ring was used.

I did not even think about the boldness of highlights differing so much in same color, depending on wig style. Also how drastically different the colors looked in the sun. Appreciate all the details you give, very helpful. Cyn

I find that a bit disappointing actually LOL I can totally understand, if say, Coffee Latte looked one way on Godiva Secret Wig Brand verses another wig brand company, but I notice it within other companies as well. I wish a color meant a color on every wig from the same company. For instance I adored Madison because of her bold highlights, so I ordered another wig in the same color but as you can clearly see it is not the same.

Whoa! They look very different on the sun! Even a brunette is not really a brunette! Especially the dark brown in the sun is just blond!

This video was sooo helpful, thank you for the outside views. I know that Sydney has a small mono part but it's hard to see it with your headband. Can you tell me if it actually looks enough like scalp since it's not a full mono? So glad I found your channel!

Ok, so even if I had taken off the headband you would not see the mono-part as this was a color review and I had a dark wig-grip on for switching wigs. If I were to wear Sydney I would need a wig-grip that was for a mono part and than yes, 100% you would see the part. I do have a wig-grip mono part, I just didn't use it for this video. I however sadly do not like the way the bangs are kinda thick and full in the front and the rest of your wig lays really flat. I doubt I will wear her. I wish her bangs framed my face more and were not so thick. But, everyone is different and you might love her, that is just my take on her. I think other's really love her.

@@WigsoftheWeek you can try using thinning shears to reduce the bulk in the bangs so they're less thick. It looks really pretty on you

@@MissKrisLoves This was just a color review, and I was trying really hard to keep it in under an hour for (same lighting effects), so I didnt spend a lot of time putting the wigs on correctly. Normally when I wear Madison she is lower on my head and the bangs are perfect. Working with one arm really changes the ability to do things quickly. Perhaps though, that would work great on Sydney as her bangs are way to thick for me and it makes me not want to wear her. So I love your idea. ❤️ I'll have to watch some videos as I've cut bangs but never thinned any area of a wig. Thank you for the awesome tip 🥰

New to learning about toppers and wigs. I have baby fine hair and have started a new chemotherapy that is thinning my hair, again. I have been considering just shaving it again, but discovered hair toppers!! So doing lots of searching for everyones personal knowledge and experience. Whats with the head band? Does it help the wig to stay in place better?

I'm not the creator of this video, but thought I might help you. If you wear clothes that are a little more silly so the wig can glide on them it helps to keep them from knotting up so much underneath.
