There’s no canonical harmony split for the queens, as each production would allocate them based on their cast’s strengths, so this split was decided via RU-vid poll! Howard is on the top harmony the whole time; sharing with Boleyn when it's in three parts, and up in the rafters by herself when it's in four
Actually the part allocations can change based on each cast, she could be an alto sometimes! Apparently Aimie Atkinson is an alto. But Samantha Pauly sang the highest part, and that seemed to fit better to me since her first solo lines are the highest
@@SingWithKring Hi there! :). Thank you for your incredible work. Endlessly fascinating and informative, too! I just thought I would offer a potentially helpful insight. I'm from the UK and have seen the West End production of 'SIX' five times (trying my best not to make some sort of bad joke here..). I was lucky enough to be seated on the front row for three of the shows and made a point of trying to decipher each queen's vocal line. I noticed that each of the four actresses I saw portraying Katherine Howard sang the highest harmony lines for 'Ex-Wives', as well as the numerous harmonised '''SI-IX'' vocal moments. Of all the roles, I believe Anna of Cleves and K Howard are the most ''set''. Cleves being the lowest vocal line and K Howard (and Boleyn) being the highest. Also, with Ariana Grande being a primary inspiration for K Howard (and 'All You Wanna Do'), as well as her being the youngest queen, I think it is quite fitting for her to cover the highest vocal part.
