According to my signs I`ve been diagnosed by a holistic doctor as having TMJ and he had suggested this TMJ treatment t.co/s5Or7HLh0w to me. I heed his advice and started to read the manual for 11 days and it has been effective. I experienced alleviation of pain because of its unique tactics. The face and jaw pain had totally gone
Everyone who suffers from Tmd: you should check if you have a TONGUE TIE first and get it released, that’s often the root cause other than posture. Lots of people have resolved chronic pain and issues just from getting the tongue released and doing mouth and body posture exercises along with tmj exercises

♠♠♠Can anyone explain the self-limiting nature of osteoarthritis? I have it on my left tmj and it's reassuring to hear that it has the potential to heal, but I have read many people online who have had arthritis in their jaw joint and ended up getting a TMJ replacement because of how significant the damage was over time. does it limit itself to only certain scenarios / cases? I had a very small open bite due to osteoarthritis, but never had any pain associated with it and have had crepitus for 2-3 years. For more information click here: tinyurl.com/yxp26daw?GerTUs4 > ♣♣♣
🙏Whenever there is a problem with TMJ or mouth opening, chewing food, you would like to tell you from experience that while eating food, keep equal amount of food on both sides of the tooth inside the mouth and chew it slowly or eat soft food, hard things like Do not use copra, gram, brackish etc., exercise the mouth daily before going to sleep at night and after waking up in the morning and keep taking protein and calcium in the diet and be happy.

I cant do 'one ' of those (tongue behind teeth) as I have TMJ, so I can not do that. When you have a flare up, its impossible to put: 1. tongue on roof of mouth OR behind teeth? why? temporalis and masseters are inflammed and hurt, so this does not work (23 yrs with TMD and clinician) they dont work. I have flare up now, I 'wish' i could do these.............
MY condlye pops when i do the 'resistance' ones. I really dont know how you can do these 'when ' you have a flare up vs when you do not. Curious. So many theories on 'chin tucks'. Some say do not do -especiallly in sleep apnea pts, which often have TMD/TMJ. Cuts off airway, ,wondering if you can provide options? Grateful these are here, but definitely not in flare ups or 'sleep apnea TMD pts'.
What's the disturbing distracting and irritating sound? Let the exercises be shown without dirty and repulsive music .but the exercises are very useful beneficial and simple.
