Video from the 30th of July 2024 and a couple of freight moves around Bendigo with SSR running another of their weekly workshops transfers while PN ran another grain from Deniliquin to North Geelong.
Beginning with the SSR side of things, the northbound 9083 was caught at Golden Square with T386 leading P17 and S312, while P17 later returned south leading a larger than normal consist of P18, P14, P16, S311 and XR553, the rear four locos having been laid up in Bendigo yard for a week after that 9086 had been terminated there due to the crew running out of hours.
A few hours later, PN's 9048 arrived back in Bendigo with G522, G531 and BL29 in charge, seen crawling through Bendigo station on its' way into Bendigo Yard where it would lay over until early the following morning.
Trains seen in order are:
9083- T386, P17 and S312
9086- P17, P18, P14, P16, S311 and XR553
9048- G522, G531 and BL29
