Thank you so much for continuing to upload! I look forward to your videos and I am so happy when I see the notifications pop up on my phone. I’ve been using the time to learn how to use my DSLR camera properly in the garden and get use to vlogging. It’s very strange talking to a camera 🙈. I’ve also been going back and watching all your older Disney vlogs because they make me smile. You guys inspire me to keep going with my own vlogging. I’m thinking about getting use to being in front of the camera, getting it wrong and then knowing how to vlog and edit properly before my next WDW trip (which is hopefully going to be next year). I’m glad you are both doing well and seem to be happier. Looking forward to all of your new content and life updates. Stay Safe! Xx

Hey sophie I suffer with reflux (not from pregnancy but it's just something I have. Keep up with the bananas as they help lots also chamomile tea, gaviscon triple action tablets glass of milk and ginger biscuits. Also watch what you are eating if you have reflux because some things aggravate it and make if worse for example apples, peppermint (Google and see what else) that way you can help/prevent it xx

Chewable Tums or Rolaids for acid reflux! Safe to take while pregnant and Tums have calcium too.

We got married in September and I changed my name on my passport first and then did my driving license about 3 months later lol. Ooops. Then I got told off by my car insurance because I didn’t change my name with them until a month after I changed my license so don’t forget to let your car insurance know and change your name on your car registration documents too. Just need to fill in the change of details section of your log book and send it off ☺️

Apple cider vinegar is a great way to naturally combat acid reflux! If you use one that has the component “the mother” in it, that’s best. In the US, the brand is Bragg

Dave I absolutely love Encore on Disney plus, I think its like made for theatre kids and I also have been singing Greese and Sound of Music non stop since watching those episodes :) I also only did musicals out of school and never in school so I relate

Hi Sophie and Dave, loving watching your vlogs so regularly! Sophie I had terrible acid reflux with my second pregnancy, especially in the evening/night. I kept a packet of ‘Tums’ sweets next to my bed and chewed a couple at a time and it really helped. 🙂

As school is now cancelled and exams are off, I've been using the extra time to learn a new skill/language! I've been practicing drums for the first time in a while and am planning to start learning Korean and Japanese soon! Maybe you could use this time before the baby arrives to learn something new? Xx

Hi guys, had terrible reflux when pregnant & the doctor prescribed ‘Gaviscon’ liquid? I was also addicted to ‘Refreshers’ too (the fizzy sweets 🍬) which I’m sure helped 😂?? The Mother’s Day card was sooooo cute ❤️ Super vlog, thanks 😘

Aww you guys are so lovely, i think your dress looks lovely too! The best thing i found for acid reflux was milk but warm was better, as i couldn't stand gaviscon 🙈, and drinking tea made it sooo much worse for me! hope this helps!x💛

Sophie if you haven’t already changed your name I would do it at your doctors. When you have your baby the hospital will send yours and baby discharge letter to your surgery. Usually they are sent as baby (mums surname)

Pregnancy acid reflux is the worst! If you like milk, drinking a cold glass of milk really helps!

I don’t know if the Uk’s the same as Australia but I couldn’t change my name on my passport for a couple of years after marriage due to pre-booked travels so had to pay for new passport ( a lot of money here). If I had changed it within 12 months of wedding it would have been free. It wasn’t illegal though not to change from maiden name but it was inconvenient because I had to make sure to carry my marriage certificate with me because my new name was on all other ID. Sophie I sympathise re the heartburn, I remember pregnancy heartburn being a special type of torment. xx for Sophie 👍🏻 for Dave

Rennies always help my acid reflux, when I tried to buy gaviscon from a chemist about a month ago. She wouldn't sell it to me because she said ideally my midwife needs to give me the ok! Although Rennies are fine to take without asking you midwife! Not too sure why! But I hope that helps! Xx

So I can't believe this actually worked for me, but I heard that eating raw cabbage would help acid reflux, and it did! I now keep cabbage on hand ALL the time and I eat some any time I eat foods that might trigger it. It is amazing.
