Hi, I love this, what low-impact modifications would you suggest for someone with joint issues and joint fragility/hyperextension issues? I wish I could do this bc it looks so fun, and I could just do what I can but I worry about losing the cardiovascular benefits by just doing it kind of half-assed lol
I would recommend just taking the jumping motions out of anything with a jump. Really commit to the arms and think more "step" than "jump" - if that makes sense haha. I hope that helps!
