Slender looool Steroids if you want a heart attack by 40. If you a calisthenics athlete and you’re using steroids that’s an issue. We only using body weight. Steroids is commonly known to be used by body builders. Honestly speaking idk about anyone else but I feel sorry for people who have to use a drug to get in shape or appear to be in shape. Travis Hutt yeah bro that’s perfect I tell people running miles and miles will burn more muscle. So if a person loves running I advise they do jog/sprint jog sprint. This will be way better in burning fat. However my go to is burpees. So that’s my keys 1. Eating less 2. Hiit burpees while fasted 3. Core workout. Now bc I’ve reached a place in my calisthenics journey in which I do high reps I don’t isolate my core anymore as much. So I just workout fasted do burpees hiit

Dieidiosks Ueueuduwu keep your same diet bro, 2500 calories a day will leave u in the same weight and just do this routine. Once it starts to get easy use a 5 pound weight than keep going up. I use to do it with a 20 weight and that’s the key to it really blocking up

Punky Boy G Wiz to me personally the name of the game is fuel, it’s more than protein to me. I don’t listen to everything experts say. The reason is bc there are always exceptions to the rule and experts are also humans so they can be wrong. Instead I take some stuff and leave other stuff based on self study. I see what works for me and if it goes against what experts say than it’s fine bc it’s working for me 🔥

My favorite ab workout. It challenges me everytime. One day I'll be able to do the routine he says at the end. I've seen this video atleast a 100 times. I have to push deep to finish the workout but when I do i feel proud and everything else in the day is easier or atleast I'm better suited to tackle it!

RedHorde it does both but burn more than muscle gain. Gaining muscle in this exercise is minimal bc u are going back to back. For more muscle and strength u would take longer rest 💯👊🏽

This is intense, but it’s not going to get you six pack abs. No amount of direct ab work will. You have to lose fat for it to show. Period. Which requires a disciplined diet. Now, yes, building up your abs do help reveal them a bit easier - without some form of muscle mass, you’d just have a flat stomach. But the abs work like any other muscle group in the body when it comes to hypertrophy. If you want a bigger chest, you don’t just blast chest with push up variations, minutes on end, then call it a day. You do strict sets and work on progressive overload by adding load/weight incrementally. Same with abs. This man does have impressive abs, but it’s 99% because he has very low body fat. Finally we need to get over this obsession with abs in fitness. Abs is not a sign of strength or health. Everyone is different. Biologically, we are not all wired with the ability to get AND maintain abs like that. For some people it is extremely difficult to get that low body fat and stay there. Typically when you reach a certain point of leanness, you can start to experience side effects: increased hunger, difficulty sleeping, libido problems, even stopping periods in women. Individuals like him have what it takes to remain that lean. People who have an easier time staying lean tend to have things like lower levels of grelin (hormones that control hunger) and habits that increase their NEAT levels. Many fitness professionals talk of this, and I experienced it myself. Also, if you are aiming to put on muscle mass, being this lean is detrimental. I am not insulting this man’s physique - he looks great. But he does not have any impressive amounts of muscle mass. Granted I am speaking from a strength/weight training though. Truth is Being lean and having a shirt off and seeing definition like that can make someone look far more muscular that they are. The irony is that the more muscle you have, the less lean you have to actually get to look lean and fit. There are plenty of built people who hardly ever do direct ab work and have abs, bc when you do heavy compound movements that challenge your core indirectly, you don’t need to. Stop worrying about six packs. Just stay lean, eat right, be strong, and have balance.

am i the only one where the side plank doesnt even hurt your abs its just a big leg workout? because i went to sleep and woke up the next day and my abs were fine and my legs were killing me i did 3 sets of everything he did

Activate you abs while you’re doing it. Squeeze them abs make sure you’re doing it in a way where you can feel them working.
