Right now I am in UK. Since Jan 22, I am doing my workout here in the gym. last month I didn't go to gym due to ramzan, but after attending my shift standing for long time I am suffering from lower back pain. now again started my workout mainly focusing on the lower back area. so can I do this workouts. By profession I am a dentist and I have this problem of back pain from long time. anyhow, I am waiting for the next episode with exercises for lower back.
