I had an utter meltdown last year when I couldn't remember how to braid the Challah. It was a blank spot in my mind. Absolutely the best teacher of the 6 braid plait ever. The only presentation which shows it from the student's viewpoint; the steps are clearly described and a logic is explained so the student can use the same mantra later. I've watched others that appear quite random and lack the conventions or rules that you share along the way.
