Bangus Sisig is a fried or baked milkfish flaked and mix with calamansi or lemon juice, onion and chillies. I have added fried chicken liver for added taste topped with crunchy fish skin.

Ingredients:
2 large milkfish, deboned
1/2 cup all purpose flour
Salt
300g chicken liver
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/4 kl calamansi
Red and green chillies
2 to 3 onions, diced
Ground pepper
Fried garlic (optional)
