I just tapped on a tom at a GC today and the tone sounded really pleasant and warm. I like the stock coated heads too

I played the OG ones at namm a few years back and I was so tempted to run away with the kit. Played these as well and I’m tempted to switch over to mahogany shells

Dude goes through a $30 pair of sticks per night because he breaks wood sticks too often. Let's see here. If Sum 41 plays 300 shows, that's $9000 worth of sticks. How about not hitting so hard with regular sticks? $9K could buy a really nice kit, maybe even 2 decent kits. Oh, but he's not "killing a million trees" even though most stick manufacturers replant trees after harvesting them for production. Come on.
