Why should it be different. If you weigh too much you should pay more. Your physical body mass takes up more space that can be profitably used had you of not, and the sheer weight alone cost more in fuel to carry you. I don't care if someone is offended. Sorry to bruise their weak ego. Being over weight is an absolute health problem and a problem to society at large. It's not beautiful, it's not healthy, and entertaining such delusions only serves to perpetuate such harmful unhealthy habits. I’ve been big most of my life. I got engaged and motivated myself to do the keto diet. Lost over 20 pounds in one month. Yeah, airplane seat and not wide at all. Who wants to sit next to a 600 pound person that's takes up 1 in a half seats. It would be so uncomfortable for the person sitting on the half seat trying not to be touching the fat person sitting next to them. And believe it or not, Airplanes do have overall weight limits. They average the weigh limit by how many seats in the plane. I mean, it would probably take half of the total seats of fat people to probsbly reach close to that limit, maybe less, but still. If these fat people got thier way, and most people became fat, airlines would have to only let on like 1/4 of fat people on the plane, so the 3/4 of slim people can get on, without going over the limit. So if more people were fat, it would only get worse, not to mention the heart attack rates would shoot through the roof. These people have stop talking for once, and start listening, if not other people, then they should at least listen to thier doctors. I'm sure doctors are telling them they need to loose weight, go on a diet, and exercise. So I wonder if they are also saying that doctors hate fat people too, just because doctors are trying to give them good advice to get healthy.

As a single dad of 2 children, I had to spend over 60 hours fighting tooth and nail in court to end up with custody of my children. During these 60 hours my children's mother was in jail, however had I of missed a single court date. She would of ended up with custody.

For one, it's not even segregation, as most commercial planes have three or four seats adjacent, so you would still be sitting next to people. And for two, you are taking up twice the space, you pay twice the rate. Airlines are not a fucking charity, you pay for what you use.

I love how some people are so sensitive about their bodies that they will lash out at others who are only being honest. I'm overweight and a doctor one time was worried how I would react when bringing up the subject with me. I was like, "I know I'm fat and you're just telling it like it is." He felt relieved to know that I'd rather he be blunt with me rather than worry about offending me. How is he supposed to tell me what I need to know if he's going to be worried about how I might react? Take the beached whale in the video. She felt righteous when asking that other woman about her choice to get surgery, but then felt like she was being fat shamed when asked how her own health was. It's like, it's a legitimate question because how are others supposed to know if they don't ask? Not like they were asking if you liked being hideous, only wanting to learn your perspective and such. The thing between cancer, heart disease, and obesity. The people on the obese scale feel the need to justify their mindset and make others believe they are truly healthy. The other two diseases are ones where people know they are sick. The people know and constantly reach out for help, and to help. I do have to disagree with the beauty thing however, my grandmother passed of lung cancer 5 years back, to this day she is one of the most beautiful and caring women I have ever met.
