So here I am, a girl from Spain writing a comment in English while watching an interview to an actor speaking in Norwegian and listening close as if I could understand anything that way. Seriously: I don't know what I am doing with my life right now.
An Italian guy, living in Spain, writing in English and watching this interview in Norwegian and not understanding a single word! Life is a bitch! haha xD
"It's not something you are going to become. You already ARE an actor, 100 %. And not just that, you are an actor in one of the most liked Norwegian series ever." I LOVED how he said this to Tarjei. I'm sure he gets plenty of praise for his role but they really can't give him enough. He's crazy talented!
I agree he's a very good actor and very convincing in his role. The emotion he brings in that role is commendable for a young actor and a bonus that he's good looking and charming.
+andrew mabs Very true. I've actually never seen a 17-year old with this much talent and charisma. It might be the best performance I have ever seen, honestly? Not just because I'm biased & Scandinavian & could relate to the character. The amount of emotion he brings makes me care about fictional Isak even more than real people I actually know… He left me mind-blown after every single episode. / End of rant.
@@quietastronaut I could not agree with you more! Tarjei is a true gem, I am in awe of all these young actors and their performances, I keep watching SKAM over and over and I am not the target demographic (16 year old girl)but I have been one in the distant past so I think everybody should watch this phenomenal series and learn from it. Gives me hope for the future. And season 3, Isak's story, so wonderfully and lovingly depicted by Tarjei and he was only 17 at the time, I can't praise him enough! Isak and Even's story was the one that made SKAM famous all around the world gaining a massive fan base. That's how good and real it is.
I'm not gonna lie, Tarjei's acting is amazing. How could he possibly tap into all the emotions he is portraying in SKAM? There were moments where simple movements in his face could tell a whole story, and in those moments I cried. Watching season 3, there were so many times where I was sat like: "this is great acting."
i would never had thought that tarjei was just 17, i mean he's such an excelent actor. for real. he has a lot of future. also does henrik, who plays even. argentinian fan here✌ anxiously waiting for season 4!!
I just wished these actors knew how many lives they've touched with their beautiful stories. Isak and Evan changed my life and remains my favorite on screen couple of all time
Yes I watched this in 2018 and it changed my life!! I still think about Skam like every day. It's always in the back of my mind and has a positive influence on me and my actions
As a swedish person i love hearing norweigan and swedish talk together in their own language, it's so cool that we speak different language but still understand each other
Are they speaking Swedish here or Norwegian? I had no idea they were so similar! When the musician said her Norwegian wasn't too good I realized it might not be Norwegian they are speaking LOL
The fact that Tarjei had no idea how well season 3 was gonna blow up (and the rollercoaster ride he was about to sit on) kinda gives me chills. He aspires to be "winning" that he already is now! (Indian fan here)
Isak powaaaaaaaa! IF EVER THE CHANNEL UPLOADING THE EPISODES GET DELETED WE'LL HAVE THIS PLACE TO SEE ALL THE AVAILABLE LINKS FOR THE SHOW ;) : facebook.com/groups/1797302673858007/?fref=ts
Tarjei is an incredible actor.I still don't get why he thought he wouldn't be successful.I felt really mad because I love how he is when he represents a character. He is completely focused on what is happening and put all of him,so that made me feel sad for a moment.I agreed a lot with the other norwegian actor.
Is the drinking age higher in Norway? The age for "soft" alcohol (beer and stuff) in Germany is 16, 14 when legal guardians allow it, 18 for the harder stuff, so he would've been allowed to drink alcohol
@@lilia3944Although it is not explicitly said in the law that one can not consume alcohol under the age of 18, one can not legally sell or give alcoholic beverages to those under the age of 18. Any alcohol containing 22% ABV or more, can only be sold to those who are 20+. But, many high schoolers, and sometimes even middle schoolers drink, and most parents know about it. (As portrayed in the show.)
FOR ALL THE COMMENTS SAYING THEY DON'T UNDERSTAND, there are english captions. At the bottom of the video next to the settings icon is the CC thing and you just click it and there you will get english subs
In my all words, I can't even write how much do I like Tarjei Sandvik Moe. Just in first sight and all my thought is "It's him". He is a very attractive man and he is the first man that I want to know his all information and watch all the movie or video about him. He is the man of my dream. Forgiving me my statements maybe somewhere doesn't make sense. But that was what I think. I'm really loved him.
If I was his mother I would very proud of him. I only saw bits and pieces, but wow great acting and a lot of courage. You just need to own it. And yes we need the show with English subtitles.
Yesss love them so much!!! He's so cute and amazing. Such a talented actor he deserves all the good that's coming his way. Great interview thank you for putting in english subtitles! Love this and this show SO much
Just recently discovered SKAM - incredible, and that final 6 minute church scene at the end of episode 9 from season 3 was EVERYTHING!! Apparently it was voted the best TV scene of the year in 2015. It was the combination of that wonderful version of 'O Holy Night' playing, together with the slow motion filming that had a major effect on the emotional impact of that scene.
The fellow summed it up well saying he's an actor now, he is an actor in one of the most successful Norwegian TV series. He was right and in series 3 he & his screen partner underscored just how accurate that assertion had been. Fabulous show that should be subtitled by the production company and released as an all series box set. I'd buy it in a heartbeat and I'm very discerning. The market is there as is I'm certain the demand. 💐👏👍
CAN YOU SEE THE SMALL SMILE ON HIS FACE AT 06:06? HE LOOKS SO PROUD WHILE LISTENING TO THE OTHER ONE (sorry I'm not from Norway, I have no clue who he is but I guess he's a famous actor?) AND IT'S SO CUTE
I am so sorry Isak has no self-esteem / self confidence. This is thanks to his family. They do not accept / love him. He is an awesome actor. Also gorgeous... Love him ♥️♥️
i live in California i dont mind not having english sub titles i just use google translate lol and i have watched every episode of season three it was amazing they are just the cutest
The real question is how the fuck the series is over without a fifth season showing them graduating and actually being on a bus participating in the event or shall i dare say it THE FUTURE MARRIAGE OF EVAK!!!!!!!!
Personally, I think the actor comes across as quite similar to his character-at least in the stuttering. His mannerisms seem perhaps a bit more flamboyant than the character’s (which is rather ironic).
