Skate Squats 20240624 

The kids take turns leading us through a round of skate squats. Practicing skating posture by squatting down and holding the position.
It sounds so simple to speed skate. Just get down really low, and stay there while you skate as fast as you can. Now go try and emulate that skating position in your shoes for even 30 seconds. Suddenly you realize it’s not as easy as you thought.
