I've seen a few 360° vr videos on RU-vid. Those are cool, that kinda what I was expecting this video to be like

First off I appreciate the positive comments, but yes I actually did disclose it! When you upload a video to RU-vid there is a box you can check under “Paid Promotion” which says “If you accepted anything of value from a third party to make your video, you must let us know. We’ll show viewers a message that tells them your video contains paid promotion” and every time I make a sponsored video I check it! If you start the video from the beginning a message should pop up in the corner letting you know it’s a sponsored video. I had this box checked and do it for every single sponsored video.

​@@JasonParkSucks I did not see anything of the sort. I don't know why, but basically that doesn't matter. The FTC wants you to put the advertisement disclosure IN the video. The disclosure is supposed to be via the same medium that the endorsement is in, clearly worded, and in an inconspicuous place preferably at the start of the video. I think if you looked around you'd find that that it is very common that other "influencers" follow those rules.
