The double set at 9:10 was a hubba that Matt Mumford grinded and Paul Machnau noseslid after lipsliding the 18 in a line. In the credits of the RDS video circa 2001. It appears they built a wall on the hubba and it’s barely recognizable now!

Idk why I’m surprised that Nyjah pretty much has the craziest tricks to go down at nearly every spot you guys visit. Even multiple tricks that are harder than the next best tricks. Dude is the goat of street skating and this series really confirms that for anyone who doesn’t realize it yet.

I remember watching Misled Youth with my friends when it came out. We talked about this spot so much due to the landing and going straight to doors/wall. We talked about how scary it would be to have 1 more thing to have to think about aside from the speed, aside from the trick, aside from spotting a landing, aside from rolling away 😂. We were like 14/15 in 1999 rewinding vhs tapes so much it would fuck up the part with the trick(s) we wanted to study. Good times, good times.

This would of been my HS I think if I didn't move out of SD in 5th grade and just gonna say I am soooo salt lol. Parents moved me from SD to NJ where skating is just not the same. Philly is amazing to have as a skatepark for daily skating but, bums me out cause there ain't no skate industry jobs really around here unless you go to NYC but, then you working at some degree job. SoCal has all the manufacturing, warehouse, and main job gigs. That is what I wanna do; go from currently being broke to try secure some w/e job stack up and dipset back to SD or between SD and LA and get a job in skate industry. At least I can wake up show up and work in and around something I love and been doing since 6. So thank you for this video; solid inspiration. Kallen you got that 18 set for sure dude.

this should really be called, 'the Zero rail' ... between Misled Youth and Dying to Live.., this rail made alot of parts stand out.. the Jamie Thomas slo-mo lipslide to the Doors 'The End' ... that's one of the most iconic clips ever.. Jamie was so good at editing great soundtracks in.. Geoff Rowley too.. the Flip Sorry video had the best soundtrack.. that's what's really missing these days, keeping parts from being as iconic.. the music is crucial to a good part... Workshop/Habitat always had great songs too.. im surprised nobody really did any down the stairs.. is it just too big?? doesn't seem bigger than say El Toro as a gap.. maybe because there doesn't look to be much room for a clean landing / roll away.. thanks for the content.. love when you guys do spot history.. I remember seeing you before years and years ago.. i was probably like 16 or 17.. im 34 now.. lol,, probably seen you at X Games park.. or G Spot.. or Eden/Torresdale Playground in Northeast Philly.. or all three most likely haha,, the Hot Wax crew.. yous were driving around with your creeper van : ) hah,, i stayed friends with the one guy, Tim Verbich, for quite some time.. lost touch in the last few years though.. anyhow, can't wait to see you cover the next spot!

I've only seen it in like 2 old skate vids, I'm curious who all has done it on video. I'm also curious if there's any big parts at Marston Middle School or Longfellow as well.
