Dear dr Adel, The Ribs articulate with the costal cartilages every time via primary cartilaginous joints. But the costal cartilage of 2-7 articulate with the sternum via synovial joints but the first costal cartilage bis primary cartilaginous joints? So there are always two joints: one joint (PCJ) between the sternal end of Rib and the costal cartilage (for every rib) and then there is from 2-7 articulation between Costal cartilage and sternum via synovial joint and the first one via primary cartilaginous joint again? Please answer 😭🤲🤲

شِكرا يا أسامة هناك أشياء اساسية يجب التركيز عليها وهناك اشياء ثانوية لا يجب اضاعة الوقت فيها. الضلع الأول هو أهم ضلع ويجب التركيز عليه. هناك دروس عملية نركز فيها على التعرف على كل ما هو خلاف ذلك. المشكلة الرئيسية عند الكثير من الدكاترة والطلاب هي الخوض في تفاصيل لا داعي لها مطلقا وهي اهدار لوقت الطالب ولمجهودة. الرسالة الأخيرة وهي ان الشيطان يكمن في التفاصيلز تحياتي ودعواتي لك بالتوفيق
