@Garon Elliott while not a show, there was a terrific comic entitled The Origin of Skeletor. It's not funny, but it's a really good story that's a prequel to the main MOTU comic from the time. I highly recommend it
Its funny cabbage was actually a very common insult at the high school i went to, calling someone a cabbage basically had the same meaning as calling them severely retarded.
@@Torquemada71. Yeah we have a guy at my work place everyone calls Gary the cabbage, I think its an existing term that just fell out of use in most places
Me too, this is especially true how I feel at work for a lot of my subordinates who can't get anything done right and I have to end up doing it. I can relate to skeletor.
shermanvermin76 Well you took my comment too seriously, but why is he so bad? He actually had a good side to him later on. There was an episode of She-Ra where he teamed up with her and He-Man to fight Hordak, who is more evil than Skeletor was
Yes but, bet you've watched 'To Save Skeletor' and the Christmas Special, where, even if Skeletor does have good sides, they're only short lived, and he does announce the end of the heroic and evil warriors' alliances. The same happens in (even though it's not Skeletor) 'The Witch and the Warrior'; even if Evil Lyn shows a good side, she does, later, announce the end of her and Teela's truce. To me, a good side lasts longer, and the villain (or villains) don't say, after they've done what they had to, 'I'm back to being your enemy!'
shermanvermin76 You're right, he is not actually a good guy, and in the episode I described he wasn't happy about the temporary alliance. But still, I think he is a likeable villain, just my opinion.
Mike M That would be Allan Oppenheimer who was Skeletor's voice in the Filmation series. He also reprised the role when Skeletor guest starred on She-Ra as well.
Archvillains like Skeletor always fall into the same trap, they keep hiring incompetent buffoons for minions, who invariably screw up even the best-laid evil schemes.
Kitty Coner Aye. Because of him, I imagine that every skeleton character has that voice, even if they have a voice already. Even Nito, who I imagine having a voice of a hundred Skeletor's speaking in unison.
@@carelesscorpse3556 Fun fact: He-Man(and hence, Skeletor) COULD go to Earth, as Adam's mother did actually go to Earth at one point. That means Eternia and Earth canonically exist together and thus, Skeletor could get to Earth and while he may not be Papyrus' uncle, they could be canonically related(assuming that UT canonically happens in Earth)
+Bugra Erkan man if skeltor was a batman villian... and batman just refuses to acknowledge him, so skeletor just runs around gotham being annoying and thinking he is winning...
"Come, you fools!" "Too late, fools!" "Curse you all!" *"Fool!"* "You blundering fool!" "You're all FOOLS if you think you can stop me!!" **Angry Skele-boi Noises**
