Admit it, the opening song is a BOP! It's from an NES game called McKids. Anyway, who are some Minecrafters I HAVE to check out before 2020 ends (even if I don't make a vid on them but just for my own knowledge?!)? Have a happy holiday, thanks for checking out my video and I appreciate ya'll more than I can ever explain!
Something I personally found interesting whilst watching one of Techno's streams recently: he actually mentioned how he was watching back some of his older videos and was almost shocked by how good he used to be. I've got to be honest - it made me a bit sad that he seems to think he's passed his peak, and the way he was reminiscing about how well he used to be able to play did hit a chord with me lol. Obviously he's not a bad player now but he seems to have accepted that he's not as skilled as he was in the past. However, it's not all sad - he also spoke about, in another stream, how much healthier his relationship with gaming is now, which I'm very happy about. He went from being gaming-obsessed as a teen (8+ hours a day) to being 21 and able to enjoy it in moderation (I think he said he'll play for 1hr-ish in his own time then go read something, for example). I think the 'legend' of Technoblade has still carried over, though, and I can't imagine he enjoys how targeted he often is because of it, like you mentioned. I remember reading something about how Techno and Dream can probably relate on that -- when your whole brand is based on being (one of) the best at something, there's a whole lot of pressure that comes to maintain that level of skill. I think Techno might almost be happier now that he's not holding himself to such high standards, even if other people still are.
Yeah I think Dream SMP is good for him because he doesn't have the pressure of having to do hours and hours of training to stay in top shape which was never gonna be sustainable anyway. And he said he wanted to be a writer anyway, this is his chance to redirect his career without much risk at all.
Dang now I want to see what would happen if teen Technoblade/peak Technoblade fought Dream in the 100k duel. Now that I think about it, Technoblade in his prime was a fucking beast, he got second place in a Skywars tournament, got to masters division in Skywars, has one of the highest W/L ratios in Skywars, and got a 1400+ winstreak. Of course I'm not saying he's bad now, he obviously is still very good, but imagine teen Techno playing in Minecraft Championships or something like that, he would destroy lol
@@syystomu "I think Dream SMP is good for him because he doesn't have the pressure of having to do hours and hours of training to stay in top shape" Technoblade: Does hours and hours of grinding to stay at the top of Dream SMP.
It would've made a lot more sense if you commented this when/if YoBGS ever reacted to his Bedwars world record since that was when Techno said he was amazing at PVP
The “laggy” section wasn’t actually laggy. The block that techno was standing on gave him a huge amount of speed and he pressed s on his keyboard to readjust on the block. Since he had speed it just sent him flying backward instead
Everyone targets Techno because he's considered to be one of the best Minecraft players aside from Dream, and beating him kind of gives people that idea of "Hey, I beat Technoblade. I'm good at Minecraft!" Skeppy doesn't really target Techno though; he more just has some fun with his friend.
I mean, I'll I'm saying by that is that he wants to come out on top. Like, when you Rickroll your friend you want it to work. If they bust you for it then they win and you don't want that...
here's the plugin: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE---w8jmJYhdo.html he had a public video of the map at one point but it's been removed for some reason
8:13 so there's a minecraft plugin/mod called World Edit. It basically has a lot of cool functions, like copying and pasting objects, but it also has a function, where if you select an area, you'll be able to replace select blocks in said area. So what skeppy did was that he made a server-side resource pack (means everyone on the server has that resource pack downloaded and on by defeault) in which slime blocks looked like polished andesite blocks and he just constantly used a world edit command to switch between the two
I did say in another video, but skeppy's pov of this is "I tried a cursed troll on technoblade but it backfired" and also u should watch one of skeppy's 1000 dollar challenges (he has like 40 or 50 of them) or one of his "testing how smart/dumb youtubers are" videos they are bangers. I hope you see this comment cuz I dont think u saw the last one
there is one part of the video where he said that he did the /top to beat the other cheesers who built up out of the arena if you want to know about that search "RU-vidrs React to Technoblade's /top Sneak Attack on Vikkstar in Minecraft Monday Week 3" by Zyphon and there is another part of the video where he says that this is like the bow spleef money, if you want to get that too. The title is "Skeppy vs Technoblade (The Final Reckoning)"
oh no... He found Skeppy... It's only a matter of time before he discovers one of Skeppy and Bad's many "Arguments"... ohhhhhhhhhhhhhh nyoooooooooooooooooooooo-
Techno and Skeppy are an underrated duo. They still collab sometimes, but they were iconic friends back in the old days, and by that I mean a year ago, before Skeppy had even met his current best friend BadBoyHalo. It was always great hearing them root for each other during Minecraft Monday.
If you found it funny where Skeppy was dropping creepers on Technoblade I think you’d like this video: “Minecraft but TNT spawns on me every 10 seconds” by Technoblade
Probably been said multiple times but Techno's aware that Skeppy's trying to 1-up him, but he doesn't care in this situation cause they're having fun and it's free content. Also that it isn't training, it's just Skeppy and Techno having fun. Edit: Also for 19:58, it's not that complicated, it's just cause of the texture of the block being very obviously not water.
I would love if you reacted to some of RTGame and his Minecraft projects. He started a lot of the trends in Minecraft that involve like "I trapped 100 players to do _____" Personally I loved his "100 minecraft players have one chunk each" and his "I gave 300 players one plot each to build a city".
I have an idea for a reaction video, it's called "The HARDEST Minecraft difficulty" By: Slimecicle. It's a hour long but also VERY funny! Also I love your vids and your humour is amazing.
He mentions Techno training for an event at the start and then thinks everything in the video is Skeppy training Techno when everything was trolling and no training
you think far too much about things in minecraft "you can tell its a water block when it doesnt move fluidly" you can also tell because its plainly obvious its a lapis block.
well oldschool console games times =alot harder more unforgiving and unfriendly. Take that w/ the insane level people get to nowadays when it comes to playing videogames u can realise that it is easier now. go 3 years back in any still relevant game and look what was needed to be good, will be more to be good now! Also that is not a training video that is skeppys usual content. Smartest minecraft player usually illumina he keeps getting overlooked cause he is quiet but he is super skilled, knows a ton of mechanics in every version and holds himself well in pvp as he killed the entire pink team in battlebox mcc13 and he carried his team in the building tgttos map!
Skeppy's sense of humor is more targeted at a younger audience so I don't know if you'll enjoy extended viewing of his Solo content. His collaboration videos are probably his best because of the contrast of personalities. (Aka "Sweet & Sour" and all that) This is actually my favorite video of his. If you want to fully understand Skeppy there's basically been three phases. 1. Trolling strangers and "Trapping kids". 2. Trolling BadBoyHalo. 3. Becoming best friends with BadBoyHalo and working together. Their friendship is now iconic and beloved in the current Minecraft scene. Second only to Dream and George, but they'll probably soon be passed by Tommy and Tubbo.
Techno really wasn't ready to put up with Skeppy's nonsense but still played along anyway and that is an energy I need to learn to channel when I'm at work.
For your question on how he has that much persistence on the parkour, here is four possible reasons: 1. He has ADHD 2. He is a rather competitive minecrafter (although he unconvincingly claims he’s not) 3. He’s a youtuber, he can’t deny any possible content. 4. Skeppy is his friend
One of the funnier moments from this video (it is actually on Skeppy's version of it called I tried a cursed troll but it backfired.) Was at the very end. Skeppy: Go ahead and drink this (potion of harming) for me. Techno: *drinks one* Skeppy: If you drink both right now and don't die you win Techno: I do? Really? Skeppy: If you drink it right now w/o healing. Techno: Wait I need a second to think about this. Skeppy: YOU'RE SUCH A CHEATER! Their friendship is pretty underrated, Techno always seems to mess with Skeppy in their videos and it is hilarious since he is always trolling everyone else especially BBH. I love you reactions bc you spend time to actually try and understand what is going on and discuss it. Thanks for the video!
you should watch telly, he does clips on the minecraft server "antiac", he is insane at the game (the songs he uses in his videos are quite explicit though :/
Would love to see you react to some of ethoslab's content. Episode 550 of his vanilla minecraft let's play series is a world tour and I'm pretty sure his series is the longest, if not one of the longest, running minecraft let's plays
I haven't even made it two minutes into the video yet but I know I'm gonna enjoy this. Your reactions and analyses are top tier and this is probably one of my favorite Techno videos period. Another Techno video recommendation: "bedwars is a difficult game"
Not only was landing in a 1x1 water harder back in console, it used to be lethal, for a very long time. You needed at least two blocks deep to survive. Little known fact.
You used to have to fall through about three blocks of water to cancel fall damage, but then they changed it, so even the thinnest flowing water will protect you
I was actually quite surprised to see my comment in the video. As for smartest minecraft RU-vidr I know, it'd be between Techno and Dream. But it is stuff like this, the potato war, and his other Hypixel content that leans me towards Techno.
Definitely check out some of the SMP Live era of videos. Along with those also Jschlatt's video when he teamed up with Techno in Minecraft Monday is pretty fantastic.
Lol this had nothing to do with training btw, i don't think there's rly anything skeppy can train him. It's just skeppy's normal content of trolling people with scuffed challenges. Just so happened that techno also recorded his side and uploaded it
Dream and Techno are absolutely insane with their plays, from memory, on the smp someone had hidden an animal or item from Dream and made sure to black out their screen on stream so he couldn't see. In response Dream watched it back and *listened* for how many blocks they moved and broke and for any surrounding mob sounds to find it and it actually worked.
Theres one RU-vidr I watch named Zyph, and he does trolling videos in bedwars. I don't know if it would interest you, but most of his videos make me laugh really hard.
