The way you speak is so comforting for some reason, it was delightful to listen to you talk honestly! And your art is beautiful in a way one would find flowers beautiful - nourished with different feelings and energy, blooming out of the pages in shapes and colours. Also this mindset of having fun with art and trying out new things is so so important, especially now when people are into making their sketchbooks look aesthetic and curated and polished to perfection (absolutely nothing wrong with that, they are lovely to look through and i admire people who put so much thought and effort into creating their own little gallery in a book). I'm shocked by the concept of pre-blobination but I love it!! Maybe this'll be the way that I actually get to practicing boring stuff like form rotations and anatomy - cause at least if the studies are rough, the pages are colorful!

Some of you sketches remind me of the cartoon, Steven Universe. I don't know if it's the style or more of the playfulness or both. Not all your sketches, of course, but I mean this as a compliment. Your artwork makes me think of laughing with my children and for that I'm grateful.
