The thumbnail value sketch would not be the same size as both the pencil study and final painting, or would it be? Thank you for uploading this. Happy Easter.

That’s correct, usually thumbnail sketches are usually smaller because they are meant to be able to be done more quickly as a study of lights and darks. And you’re welcome! Happy Easter

How much do you love your Blackwing? The more I sketch with mine, the less I want to paint. 😅

It’s a great pencil and feels nice to draw with.Because I bough the audition pack with all 4 leads I was able to test them out, and they are nice and soft and get dark when it needs to be dark. But! Sometimes I don’t need or want the lead to be so soft so I used a mechanical pencil instead. All in all definitely a great drawing pencil. Though I’ve used others extensively (like prismacolor and staedler) and those are great as well and have a wider range of hardnesses - is that a word 😆) I can see how you’d want to keep sketching and not paint with Blackwings though! ☺️

@@cmonaco577 I like a .5mm pencil. And this one is cool bc it has a pipe slide system and rotates the lead for you! I have both the metal and plastic version amzn.to/3UkPAfg
