What about the negative infront of the factors Should we leave it out when finding the roots

We're not leaving it out, take note: -(x+2)=0 is the same as (x+2)=0 if you multiply both sides of the equation by -1.

Now sir we have only sketched two codinets which is x+3=-3 And X-2=2 Why not even the x+2=-2?

Note that we have two equal roots, i.e., x=-2, x=-2(which are representing one point) and another distinct root x=3.
