I just have a question… I created my own hand drawn 1/8” scale view of a floor plan, can I scan it & import it into SketchUp? Or would my best bet would be to scan, convert to .dwg? Sorry for the question, amazing channel again!! ❤
You can import the sketch, scale it and then trace. Or you can import to dwg. Just depends on how much accuracy you need. Obviously modeling an imported dwg will be more accurate, but you can get accurate enough by tracing a scaled plan.
