Hi, I really appreciate these videos as a new gym tech, I watched a few instructional videos and it mad the job so much easier. By the way.. I love concepts gear very much, robust and easy to understand in comparison to Thor or Technogym equipment..

How long should I expect the shock cord and the handle cords to last on this machine before this needs to be done?
