Need to use a wider utility snomobile ski or, a couple snowbike ski's might work...the shocks might work as well for suspension...looked like quite the ride!

Have you tried running your GTR on Methanol with an oil additive? Runs cooler and burns cleaner than diesel. I know the big power tractor pull guys use it.

Make it a snowmobile and you might be able to sell it as option
