Ultra-epic!
On the way up, we weren't too fond of crossing dry ground because we could see that Avalanche Gulch was snow from top to bottom. For a while we considered descending Avalanche Gulch instead of going back down the West Face Gully, but boy-howdy, I'm so glad we didn't.
The West Face Gully turned out to be one of the best descents of my entire life!
