My sister had an adnexal skin cancer of a sweat gland around the ankle. Taken off over 15 years ago. She was told it is extremely rare.

Hello Dr. Jerad, I'm a pathology resident from India and I find your videos very useful. It's mostly self-directed learning here but you teach me a lot! Thank you so much! Could you please add some points about the clinical and gross appearance of the lesions too (with pictures) so we can correlate with the histopathology? Thank you!

Thanks for the kind words. I try to add clinical and gross path when I can. But for my short video clips (which mostly come from my rapid review sessions for my derm residents where i try to cover 25 cases in 1.5 hours) there just isn’t enough time to go into those details. I have some gross and clinical pics listed on my Kiko index. Just search those pages for “gross” or “clinical”.
