Belive me this is a much needed topic to be discussed on social media every other person are trying out chemical exfoliation and hence destroying skin barrier i am one of them my skin barrier is damaged badly now my skin is peeling and dry flakyy also new acne pops up on my face. I was using alot of exfoliation products on my face hence now i stopped using them for sometime. I am in a need of a some good products which may calm down my skin and repair my skin within.

Although you have mentioned each and everything very well but still i am little bit confused so please guide me .......for A.M routine that means face wash>toner>barrier cream>spf and for P.M routine face wash>toner>barrier cream (for 10-15 days).....is this a right sequence or anything else is required?
Yea go ahead with this. You can use any good barrier repair cream at night. Don’t need to use twice a day. In the day you can use any moisturiser you want which is hydrating enough. And same cream is also fine

Didi i am suffering from damage barrier past 10months , iam 21yrs old my skin type is very dry skin without knowing my skin type I was regularly washing my face with moongdal and besan course powder and often I was applying multani mitti nothing more than this I used on face ,day to day without knowing i have exfloiated my face, now my face has become very dry ,patchy ,sensitive, and itchy have swelling too not able to wash my face with soap also plz help what I should put to repair it

I am so sorry to hear that these products didn’t work for you. Use salicylic only if you have acne otherwise no need. Make sure you are wearing sunscreen of minimum spf 40+ during the day time.

@@self_lovecare ya I tried derma co. Ceramide and Hyaluronic acid cream for my oily skin and works perfect.. I also tried phytoceremide from earth rhythm but it's not much preferable for oily skin types specially during summers Although a skin like dessert dry might like it..
