You have taught me so much! Because of you, I’m a less is more girl because it works wonders on my dry, super sensitive skin. I avoid all scented products - even for my hair - and I think it’s helped a lot. I even go mostly makeup free, except for my eyes/lips. And that changed everything. My hero products are from Vanicream as I found I can’t tolerate many others. The crème, especially, I use on body and face (another trick from you) with zero irritation. I hope they bring back their lip product tubes. They really agreed with me. I do oil cleanse at night (with a brand based in London. It’s the only one that doesn’t irritate me. Who knows why. I tried so many) to remove a lil makeup and a water resistant sunscreen - EVY Kids 50. It’s the only one - and I have tried dozens - that doesn’t cause breakouts or irritation on my face. My body is more forgiving. I know you’re not a fan of foams. I wasn’t either. But it has limited ingredients and keeps me white as a ghost. And as you say, the best sunscreen is the one you’ll wear… Vaseline is def a hero product for rough spots on my body (though I did switch to Aquafor on my lips as I find it works better). I use a retinol (anything stronger irritated me and I had no patience). Another important rec from you: baby and eczema washes. And thank you for the intro to Function. My hair approves. Almay girl for deodorant. Interested in trying the Ciciplast gel around my eyes after hearing you speak so well about it. Sadly, Vitamin C and I don’t click. I hope my skin isn’t suffering too much as a result. Happy Saturday.

Arm & Hammer Ultra Max unscented antiperspirant - deodorant solid is the best and it's super cheap too! I like the men's version, because it's a wider stick and seems to last longer.

Fun vlog! I have been enjoying listening to audio books recently. Not something I ever though I'd get into because I like to have a physical book in my hands, turning the pages etc. I have a 40 minute drive to and from work and that's mainly when I listen. I Love Popcorn as well and the Amish popcorn is pretty good, I got it with reward points. I still have my Popco that I got from you but I purchased mine in teal. I found that it was a problem getting a little salt to stick so I use a spray mist bottle and wet it a little and then apply the salt and Shake It and there you go! Yay! I hope everyone is doing well today and enjoying fairly good weather!😊 Happy Presidents Day weekend and also enjoy your holiday if you have Monday off.

I’m also obsessed with popcorn. I make my own seasoning I grind 1/4 tsp salt(or Aromat), 1/4 tsp black pepper, and like 10g of nutritional yeast. It’s spicy and salty deliciousness.

My fav coffee is baby fine ground Gevalia(no anti-clumping filler). Majestic, French Roast or Gold Coast. $$$ but requires only half as much as usual. Do use Melitta unleashed filters to grab cholesterol.

I think dove pure and sensitive line has a roll on fragrance free antiperspirant (but i don't know if it's budget friendly 😅). Too bad i wished that the coffee you bought with the Halloween nightmare before Christmas theme to turn into a good find but alas 😅 maybe the ghost one will not be a disaster. We have a collapsible, silicone popcorn popper from Amazon, too. It's the best popper we've ever had. Doesn't require any oil. The whole thing can go into the dishwasher. Collapses to take up less space. I find about 3 min. is plenty of time to pop the kernels. We used to have an air popcorn popper. It shot the popcorn out of a shoot. OH MY GOSH ! I had to put a hand towel over the shoot AND the bowl or there'd be popcorn everywhere ! Ca-Razy !

Since we haven't been able to get Vanicream antiperspirant for a while now we switched to Speed Stick Antiperspirant & Deodorant Solid, Unscented. It seems to work fine and it's way cheaper

My replacement for Vanicream is the Dead Down Wind antiperspirant. You can buy it a Tractor supply and some sporting goods stores that cater to hunters. I enjoyed The Heaven and Earth grocery store. I also enjoyed The Four Winds and The measure.

I've been using that CertainDri antiperspirant for years and it's very effective but also irritating. I definitely can't wear it more than twice a week. Just FYI for anyone whose underarm area is at all sensitive.

There's Dove, Speed stick and also Arm & Hammer that is fragrance free. Also a couple more I can't remember, but they are hard to find. I love Wilderness Poets. Their USA grown pumpkin seeds are delicious! Love Iherb as well.

Happy Saturday! I came early to drop a video idea for you, Dr. Dray! I know you've done a couple beard care videos in the past, but I think right now it's time to give a 2024 update. I have a beard that I'm trying to care for properly and I've only found a couple videos from dermatologists focused on beard skin and hair care. It's a complicated topic and also not a popular one because not everyone has beards, but I'm getting frustrated because man influencers have completely taken over that space and are only trying to sell "manly" beard care products with all these fragrances and mystery extracts ! It's terrible!! I think it could be a good idea to set the record straight and drop some dermatologist beard care facts in 2024! Areas I struggle with in particular are: (1) UV protection under the beard. Finding a good sunscreen that doesn't pill or dry out my beard! (2) keeping the area cleansed and moisturized without stripping the beard hair of oils! (3) Proper conditioning and shampooing and moisturizing the beard hair to keep a soft and healthy beard! Balancing all of that and working in spf is hard! Would love to see a synthesis and distillation of the current dermatologist advice for this topic. Not many people feel like addressing it! Try with jar to the shower I have a tub shower combo so I just put my on top of the tub in the corner so it doesn’t get wet

I forgot about that Certain Dri anti perspirant. I used it back in the mid 2000s when it had the older logo. I don't remember being particularly impressed though, probably because it was fragrance free.

Perhaps the cinnamon concentration sifted to the bag bottom & ended up at the top of your container. Or you could just mix it 50/50 with another bag of coffee beans.

God the Dove Beauty Finish spray deodorant smells absolutely divine. Its on of my favorites fragrance wise. Have you tried any of the new Trader Joes skincare i was looking at it yesterday.🤔
