Maam it is said that walnut scrubs caused micro tears in the skin . Is this safe to use?

It's okay but in the long term it can cause hyperpigmentation. It's better to go for chemical exfoliation. Like glycolic acid, lactic acid, salicylic acid. But whatever you do, consult a dermatologist before.

Video was quite helpful. Discoloration around your mouth area which used to be clearly visible earlier seems to have gone down at lot ! Although I am still struggling with it.
