You should definitely use a moisturizing sunscreen or a sunscreen, period. UVA sunrays damage the skin, and no one is protected from the sun. Black people show less signs of skin aging from the sun damage, but it's good to start wearing sunscreen earlier in life. I would say that washing your face, moisturizing and sunscreen are the most necessary steps of a skincare routine at your age - to preserve your skin so you will have to use less products when your skin does age just from getting older.
