Diamond plate very durable for guitar top. My Mom has a scissor like that and I use it to cut old guitar strings off. DId you git that vinyl covering from the hobby shop?
Count - wrapping a beveled horn is pretty much impossible - you get what I call, Bottlecapping... just like a soda bottle top - wrapping something that's round... very TOUGH. I trim it slightly over the bevel and this seems to work well. I will be posting more vides soon and will cover that.
I've not used these yet but I wonder if using a heat gun or hair dryer would help. I've seen guys do window tint on the back windshield like that...though that's not as curved
@@Chaotic_Enigma - tricky - you can burn through the skin easily if not careful. I'll be posting a video in the coming weeks showing a technique I'm now using to wrap horns.
