Yeah that is not nice calling a dog that is fighting rabies and trying to not harm his owner hes a good dog don't randomly call stuff skinwalker with no concrete proof
**update** I just saw the follow-up to the OG video. The dog DID have heat stroke, NOT rabies. He's still alive as of 2/2024*** This dog seems to be having heat stroke. Doesn't look like rabies to me. Also, no matter how much your dog loves you or how "good" an animal is, there is NO fighting rabies. Impulse control is completely destroyed by rabies. The disease completely destroys who an animal was by destroying the brain. I'm a vet tech but honestly, anyone with common sense should know that no aspect of rabies can be controlled with "willpower".
I’d be scared to be that close to a dog with rabies. It looks like he’s got rabies. He could tear you up in a minute This dog ain’t got rabies but it still looks creepy…
@@amrshehadeh105 That animal has rabies. Rabies is both 100% fatal and 100% safe. Let me explain. Rabies is a Virus. It is only found in mammals which means that animals such as Snakes, Birds and Fish for example can't get it since they are no mammals. It is most prominent in wild mammals such as Raccons, Foxes, Skunks, Cats and coyotes for example but can happen in any mammal so be cautious. In most cases symptoms show up about 2-3 months after infection but it can be anywhere from days to in a few cases even years before symptoms show up. Rabies travels from the infected area (often bites) through the nervous system to the brain, so the farther on the body from the brain you are bitten the better but once it reaches the brain and spine when the symptoms show up it is almost always deadly (there are a very, very few cases where people have survived this stage of infection). Rabies is most often gotten from Bites but can also be spread through infected saliva getting into open wounds. The virus affects saliva so be vary of bites. Early signs of rabies are similair to a flu with headaches, discomfort, nausea, lack of appetite etc being common. But prickling, tingelling and discomfort around the area of the bite is also quite common. Rabies is deadly. But that doesn't mean it dies with you, it's primary goal is to spread the virus while the host is still alive which is why infected mammals bite to spread it further. Most animals bite to spread the virus. But it's not often that humans do. Animals such as dogs, cats raccons. How do they defend themselves? through bites. Which is why the virus affects the salvatory glands making you have high numbers of virus in saliva. Humans, our form of defence is not biting, we punch, kick, scratch, ram. Our first thought isn't to launch our faces into something to hurt them that would just be dumb which is why rabies rarely makes us bite. Water, rabies is said to make you fear water. Yes that is true, but why?. Well the virus affects our saliva and drinking water would dilute the virus which is why those infected hate water, because it's bad for the virus. It even goes as far as to even the sound of water is threatening to them. In the later stages when the virus is absolutely incurable and you will die you will probably have anxiety, difficulty breathing, nerve dysfunction, cerebral dysfunction, execive saliva production, difficulty swallowing, Hydrophobia (fear of water), brainswelling, seisures, aggression and even self-mutilation (self harm). Oh and you know how it's said that if an animal is foaming by the mouth it has rabies. Yeah, that is basically a myth. The "foaming" is because of abnormal saliva production so they drool alot. Not all rabies infected foames at the mouth but they drool. Foaming can sometimes happen y'know just a heads up. So in conclution Rabies is fucking scary, it might be the closest thing we have to a zombie virus. So if you or anyone else get bitten by an animal who have no rabies vaccine go to a hospital so you don't risk to die 👍. That is what i had to say, thank you for reading. (I am no professional, neither do i have complete knowledge this is the most obvious things and what i knew from google and youtube. What i have said is the truth but i am no professional, so please seek medical help instead of youtube) .
That dog is getting called a skinwalker because it’s fighting his rabies so he doesn’t harm his owner. What a truly good boy ❤ Edit: 4k likes?! Edit: I know the dog will die still everybody replying, chill 😃
@@dogteehee a creature who disguised as an animal and sighting every night, most of Skinwalkers sightings in forest and sneak on your house, remember Skinwalkers appears at night, this dog fighting his rabies.
For real💀when any animal acts weird or strange people who don’t know what a Skinwalker exactly is says it’s a “Skinwalker” and it’s so funny yet embarrassing💀 -coming from a native
Uh is there a chance it’s dehydrated? Bc my dogs sits there sorta like that while playing and I think the breathing is dehydration as my dog does the same
Actually, you can survive rabies. If you know, you’ve been bitten by a rabies infected dog, as a miracle, the vaccine will still work as long as the symptoms don’t show up yet
This dog doesn’t have rabies either… it is focused and alert… and breathing! If it had rabies, it would have already attacked the dude. Seriously, rabies is where zombies come from… it’s horrific disease process that must bite in order to transmit. Props to all those who helped over the last few decades to decrease rabies in America…
That dog has rabies and is managing to resist its psychological effects, and is even suppressing the enhanced aggression that rabies is known to cause. This dog is a true man’s best friend. For those of you who don’t know, this is just a joke of deliberate misinformation. All of you who think it’s real have completely fallen for it, and those of you who decided to point out the misinformation have just missed the joke entirely.
It doesn’t have rabies. The dude made a follow up video a week later explaining the dog was overheated and possibly having a heat stroke. The dog is still alive and doing well. And no, an animal can’t ‘’hold’’ back from attacking someone if it has rabies. Maybe y’all are the ones that need better education. 🤔
Exactly I hate people that pull something out of their ass and say it as a fact and other people read it and use it as a fact too. No wonder we got that many idiots believing misinformation, same process of how they spread.
A lot of people saying this dog has rabies and is resisting the urge to harm its owner and i hate to be the bearer of bad news but it doesnt matter how much your dog loves you, it cant fight off rabies. Thats not how the disease works. It alters the brain. Just as someone with depression cant just "be happy/motivated" and someone with anxiety cant "just calm down". This dog most likely is too hot and needs some water after playing outside. All dog owners need to make sure your vaccines for rabies are kept up to date and you keep an eye on your pets when outside because rabies doesnt care about your dog or you.
Some people for real think that dog can have a choice to attack or not 💀💀💀 it affects their brain and if a rabid dog will become aggresive which he isn't in this case he will attack, it literally makes them not being able to make a choice.
so I actually learned that rabies doesn't make things constantly aggressive. it just makes them have violent outburst randomly. Alternatively, you can get dumb rabies, which actually makes you more docile
@@DeadPixel1105 Excuse Me, I Dont like How Your Speaking To Me, For Your Information I Haven't Seen Other People Type This, Sorry For If I Offended You, Do Not Speak to Me like That thanks, Ever heard the saying "If you've got nothing nice to say, don't say anything at all" Clearly not because your Mum Is Broke
I’ve found out that no, this dog did not have rabies, but still take this message into account. If a dog is acting strangely and presenting this behavior and you don’t know for a fact that it’s something else, do not approach it. It isn’t worth the risk. Guys if you ever see a dog (or animal in general) behaving like this, get as far away from it as possible and call authorities. It has rabies. Rabies is deadly, and there’s no going back once you are infected. That dog could have attacked that man at any moment and it would have been game over. Edit: I may have accidentally started a war lmfao yes guys I was talking about the animal, not if a human is bit. Once a dog is this far into the rabies there is no going back. The human only would have a short amount of time to get the treatment. Still very deadly
(Sarcasm mode) EVERY TIME ANY ANIMAL DOES ANYTHING EVEN SLIGHTLY STRANGE, IT ABSOLUTELY MUST BE A SKINWALKER. THATS THE ONLY POSSIBLE REASON! Thanks, History Channel, for REVEALING THIS TRUTH!!!!
There’s a couple different kinds of rabies some cause an animal to be docile and act sick/lethargic + another kind that makes it aggressive and attack people Both kinds will do mouth movements like this as their throat muscles are paralyzed which is also what causes them to “foam at the mouth” AKA excessively drool
Don’t touch any animals like this!! If saliva is dripping from their mouths or they act weird, they have rabies!! *Edit*:Y’all I’m sorry- it was a mistake that I said “sometimes” I mean all the time so stop coming at me pls it’s rlly not even that serious.
@@JoshuaLalfakawmaTlau rabies is a Disease that infect various domesticated and wild animals it spreads through saliva which is why getting bit by a Animal with rabies is extremely dangerous

Alot of people in the comments are saying the dog is fighting off its rabies but thats literally not how it works💀rabies alters the brain ! For me that dog just looks tired or something and might need some cold
@Malin It’s a viral disease that is almost 99% fatal when symptoms start to show. The symptoms include: delirium, confusion, anxiety, hydrophobia, (fear of water) hallucinations, foaming at the mouth, and eventual death.
Im studying medicine and rabies if it isnt treated at the right time and simptoms appear your dead in 4 days the virus of rabies are even more intelligent than cancer cells they can act like your imune system cells called t4 and literally trick them that they are also imune cells they can do even multiple functions just to trick your body and get to the brain once they are in ur brain u literally beeing controled by them they can give the comand to the body to not drink water u saw videos where people can't drink water thats bc they gaved this comand to the body imagine beeing alive but knowing u beeing controled thoose cells can make u even move body parts without your will its damn scary man ive never seen such a terrible cell and virus in my life
It’s basically 100 percent in like 7 people have survives and that’s because of very experimental treatments and they were left mentally handicapped and messed up afterwords
The poor thing is visually fighting with everything he has to not rip that guy up, it shows how loyal dogs are and you can see he'd give his life and more for that guy 💔💔
That’s skinwalker, it has no teeth. And plus look at the front paws, and it’s not normal for them to do that, unless they do have rabies but that’s 70% probably a skinwalker
People saying this dog has rabies you are totally wrong! The dog in this video is having a heat stroke. Even though it may look like a skinwalker or a donkey going "HEE HAW" but sorry this is real scary once i took a glance at the dogs face. But luckily this dog is still doing fine❤
For ppl who don't know: That dog ain't a skinwalkers or possessed little that u know he's fighting literal demons which is his rabies so it can't hurt it's owner
This is not a skinwalker or rabies guys!! ⚠️⚠️ it was a dog that was over heated and likely had heat stroke as the dogs owner said in later videos they had posted. There is almost always a logical explanation to what the pointers say. The dog is alive and well it was simply a very hot day
Once it was so hot in America and the heater was on*cough cough dad!*that my cat passed out out of a heat stroke and i panicked so I turned on the fan and put ice under a towel to keep him cool*he’s still alive❤️*
The dog cant breathe to well bcs of rabies plus if it was a skin walker it would had no choice but attack that guy for no reason cause no one was around rabies had their mind and thinking so they won't attack you for no reasons

To those of you who are saying it has rabies: I highly doubt it does, the dude was just playing with his dog the rabies wouldn’t just suddenly active and the dog starts acting all weird: I’ve had my dogs pant similarly to this, they just had their tongues out
@juliet Golf you *think*. Again, my dogs have done similar things, just panting pretty damn similar to that, and it makes no sense he was just playing with his dog because if it had rabies it would’ve shown other symptoms then just staring and breathing weirdly. If his dog had gotten bitten by some wild animal, I feel the owner should’ve taken it to the vet probably months prior
@@LuckyDinosauur101 It might be rabies, once i saw a dog eating a rat. It started acting weird and fidgeting its mouth, and i searched it up it said its rabies!
@@LuckyDinosauur101 No its a dog that ate a animal which is wild, wild animals have rabies. And once your dog eats the animal, it starts acting weird and fidgeting its mouth, and also another way to tell if a dog has rabies, is when it wags its tell its tail never goes up it always covers its buttox.
GUYS, stop saying he’s fighting rabies that’s just not possible with how it works. The most likely out come is either a skin walker or he’s tweaking because of a stroke and his owner probably noticed and helped him from what I heard the dog is chill so looks like the stroke lost.
@@gilanims954 its the closest thing that we got to like a "actual" zombie infection if you will. its not, but its the closest thing to it. spreads via saliva comes in contact with open wounds. makes the hoste act weird and aggressive if untreated its usually fatal.
There's literally been a video explaining the dog was panting and overheating, he came in the house, drank water, and passed out on the cold tile floor Rabies isn't something you can fight, you get symptoms, you're no longer you, for every animal that gets it
Rabies, good to stay away from it anyway. There's a reason our brain sees something like this and instinctively calls it a monster, it's cause it can literally kill you. Good thing Rabies is treatable in this day and age, but sadly, since the human doesn't face natural killers as often as other animals there are plenty of us losing that instinct, leading to children thinking this dog is taking a breath and potentially leading to said child being bit. Or I'm spreading misinformation, it's for you to decide.
As a certified professional vet, I diagnose him with *RABIES* Edit: There's no reason to start a war in the comments and the ones saying there can be brain disorders or brain tumors, they can be right or can be wrong. But as I see the video, it's just Rabies.
Skinwalkers are humans who hunted and wore animal skins, or Shamans who I quote 'Used their powers for bad'. Might be edgy, might be badass, but skinwalkers seem like bullshit without these theories.
😢 the poor dog, you can see how extremely dehydrated his face is, and his little eyes 😭😭 he is suffering so much, poor thing rabies is so insanely awful I'm so sorry this happened to such a good dog
To the people saying rabies, It might not be. It is called "scent tasting" when it tries to see if it is a familiar scent and they know which animal or creature it is. Edit: thanks for backing me up in the comments, I usually suffer through things on my own and don't respond Edit 2: wow, likes. Edit 3: 200 likes in a day, And most likes ever.
It's not a skinwalker but it's still sad. The dog has rabies, and the rabies virus basically rewires your brain so you become more aggressive and bite another animal so the virus can reproduce and spread, but there's still the dog's actual brain in there (probably because the it got infected pretty recently), so the dog is trying really hard to not succumb into the virus's affection and not bite his owner because it still remember them.
For the ones, like me, who are stranged as this doesn't seem like normal rabies: The paralytic form of rabies (or "dumb rabies") usually involves paralysis of the throat and jaw muscles, often with excess salivation and inability to swallow. Drooping of the lower jaw is common. These animals may not be vicious and rarely attempt to bite.
As someone who lives in arizona it might just be heat stroke, although rabies would explain this behavior too. Absolutely not one of those, again it dosent transform, it dosent speak, it doesnt make noises it physically cannot. Its probably not one of them.
Let’s stop with the misinformation, it’s not a skinwalker, or rabies, or a dog fighting against rabies (which isn’t even possible as it’s a CNS disease), it’s just heat exhaustion/stroke, which the owner posted about, saying their dog is much better now.
This isn't a skin walker, this is a dog with a serious case of raibies, his mouth is moving like that along with his stare because, he is trying to hold back from biting his owner. Poor thing ❤
Thank Goodness sorry what i meant in my thank goodness? Is that skinwalkers arent real i was like are skinwalkers real and this person said my dog did the same thing i was like thank goodness ( its not real! ) sorry if i may have misunderstood yall
