Anyone who was around to witness that 2001 Hurricanes squad knows how that team was just otherworldly talented. Just filthy talent at every position pretty much. If the Canes decided to start the backups that year they would have still destroyed the competition the way they did that year. Ken Dorsey was a very good college quarterback on top of that. Very good 4 year starter. The saying that year was that The 2001 Hurricanes could have beaten the 2001 Cleveland Browns head to head.

I can give benefit of the doubt in some arguments, but anyone who can say that the 2001 Miami Hurricanes wasn't the best team of that era is just flat out lying to themselves and anyone that heard it.
