Michael Caldwell I been a Packers fan my whole life and I hated Ted Thompson’s approach. We finally spent our money wisely and got elite players and the results are showing it’s not just because we got rid of McCarthy but changed front office too as a whole .

I've seen all too many times, a team doesn't make the playoffs, fires there coach and hires new one right away. The cowboys have time, they could wait for a playoff team's coordinator to become available.

We don't need a coordinator; our offense was literally the best in the league, statistically. We need a guy who knows how to take us to the next level. I'm not saying that's McCarthy, but at least he can make the point that he's been there, done that.

No it wasn’t. One game for example we ran the ball all game and had like 68 yards stuffed. We were driving down the field and needed to score. We ran the ball up the guy 3 times in a row I think and got stuffed. And lost. It doesn’t take a genius to see the run was a bad idea.

You know maybe this hiring isn’t so bad. Think about it: Randall Cobb used to play on the Packers with Mcarthy and it was good. Now they will reunite and can run a similar offense like they did in Green Bay but this time with Prescott. And if everything clicks, don’t be surprised to see the Cowboys in Super Bowl LV

If you watched Kellen Moore in his college days, you know that the dude has a helluva offensive mind. In Boise State, he only had above average physical skills but his mind was off the charts genius level. That helped him to the best win percentage in college football history at 50-3. He just finished his first year as an OC and had an average year, which means as long as he continues to develop with increasing success, you can bet on Kellen Moore growing into a great coordinator or even a head coach someday.
