Looks like the guy in the movie that's one day away from retiring and mentors the main character whose a detective. Skip makes a valid and important point about Jerry Jones willing to display such deep emotional communication to everyone. That's evidence of the burden he has held around his neck like an albatross that centers on Jason Garrett. Forming emotional attachments with players and staff. He cried over realizing he finally did it. He was able to let go of his emotional attachment,for the benefit of the future of the Dallas cowboys,its fans,its market base potential and finally knowing he has hired someone who's been there and done it. Just knowing the exponential rate of increasing the likelihood that Dallas has a coach that has the potential to make it work,after knowing after all these years what Garrett meant as just not enough,how much longer can Jerry keep it up,before Dallas fans start booing Jerry world? He had to act. He knew regardless of his emotional attachment,he had to act. That was major growth for Jerry Jones. His source of tears,represents that growth. We have an old saying..."business is business,and friends is friendship. Its unfortunate that for profit competition works that way,because its cutthroat to get to the top of the ultimate predator to survive in a gladiator Arnaud entertainment to make the most money and trophy hunters.
