G'day John Yeah I really get a lot out of these videos. We don't have mangrove Jack here in Southern NSW but I can relate it to my area and I have had success on Bream and Bass. I too have a Feelfree Kayak and I have a Watersnake mounted on the side in a fixed position and I use the rudder to steer. I also use a PWM to control my speed giving me unlimited options on low amp. I can sneak about for hours. I have just started using Baitcaster reels and it's very addictive fishing. It's about experience and experiment and enjoying the art of angling. Keep up these excellent videos.

John great job, I always learn and that’s fantastic . I live down south and principally have EP , bream and bass to specifically target amongst snags . So your info is very helpful. Sorry but I’m more interested in your skip casting Jack and bass fishing than noisy jet ski stuff. Well you asked! I have been considering a motorised kayak but the setting up and pulling down would become tedious? As I live 3 hours from fishable waters and I’m not keen on another trailer as it limits my access to more remote spots. I have a Jackson paddle kayak which has been terrific , but ??Thanks again you do a great job. Go well.

Cheers mate. I run a 40lb thrust which makes it legal without needing to register the vessel. It’s a 90AH battery that’s easy good for a day of cruising and fishing and a couple 30minute runs on full to get you home if needed. It’s a killer set up mate and awesome to fish from
John you are legend. Big fan. If I only one day could skip cast like you I would be a happier man :) in terms of time how many hours a battery last I was wondering. Because I am planning to do the same with my kayak. if you don’t mind do you cruise on the lowest speed?
