You are the kind of woman I would instantly become friends with💕love your content and personality!!! I just decided for the skip hop forma after being almost sure I was getting the happ brand levy bag (very expensive) But then I saw the forma at Macys and held it and just felt like it was perfect. Totally forgot about the fancy Happ one.
I couldn't afford the Jujubes so I went with this bc I didn't want something that screamed backpack. I love it! No more clothes lining myself in doors carrying the infant seat and a regular sling over your shoulder bag. Don't ask how I managed to do that this time around! Backpack is much easier!
YES! HAHA I hadn't thought of it as clothes lining but I have definitely done that many times. I agree! This backpack is obviously a backpack style but not flashy or screaming "Look at me! I'm a backpack!".
I am searching for a new diaper bag. I have a jujube BFF from my first child and let me tell you. That bag it's almost new, but the straps are definitely not comfortable for me or my husband. The straps keep coming off our shoulders. The bag it's awesome but the straps are super uncomfortable. Especially after traveling a long time.
Currently carrying a jujube be right back and I love it! Great for summer since we're doing lots of day trips. Usually use a "be light" by jujube since it's practically weightless:) Btw you look amazing!!!!!
It definitely seemed that if I was planning on a new diaper bag for daily use, the JuJuBes were the way to go. Great quality for the price, right? And thanks for your sweet comment! I filmed this days before giving birth and I certainly didn't feel amazing. HA!
Thank you!! This was filmed just a week before William was born. Alas, finding time to film without someone crying in the background is hard! I may just need to transition to live streaming and get over it :)
I used the Skip Hop Double Duo (which is meant for twins but I used it for one child). I love that bag but since my little one is now a toddler I didn't need as much stuff with us daily so I caved and got the JuJuBe BFF in Charcoal Roses. I love watching diaper bag videos and what's in my diaper bag videos so I would love to see how you pack this one! I finally started doing these kinds of posts on my blog.
Hooray! Glad I'm not the only one that loves watching/reading these kinds of sneak peeks. I'll have to swing over and read yours! And I'm definitely planning a what's in my bag video once I get my act together. I've used it maybe 10 times now for outings to parks and museums and it holds a lot!
Finally have an updated video about what I'm packing in it for 2 kids! ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-zqbQ_fpX7q4.html Took me a while to get it filmed and edited haha! I blame the kids :)
I started with a jujube BFF which is bag your talking about legacy is the print. I use a jujube super be right now since its summer and we do lunch at the park and pool stuff.
I have the skip hop Chelsea backpack the chic style which I love !!!! But when we are deciding a third one mom of two right now so for my third one I'm really considering this one for sure !! If my Chelsea backpack one doesn't hold until that time lol I been eyeing this one myself. Love it !! And affordable.
It's so affordable! The Chelsea one is adorable though, so definitely hold on to that one as long as possible, especially if you're using it as a daily bag!
I have the jujube bff and I love it. But it's honestly not that comfortable. I'm a size 12/14 and I feel like I need a longer style backpack. Does that make any sense at all? Ha! I've tried so many bags, spent so much money and my husband is so annoyed with me. I might try vera bradley next...
So I have a friend, same sizing, that has used the Skip Hop for 2 years now! And still uses it as her daily bag. But if that Vera Bradley is working, keep on going!
Hi! Do you think I could use skip hop forma backpack as baby's travel bag and use skip hop duo signature as real diaper bag? I am think about buying them both but I have doubts.
So I actually took the backpack as my 10 month old's overnight bag this past weekend just to test! Bottom line is it worked! I filmed a video to go up soon, because I'm sure you're not the only one wondering that question. But I was able to fit quite a bit in there since the backback is soft sided and easy to stuff full. But I wasn't able to use it as an overnight bag AND as my purse/diaper bag... I'll tag you when the video goes up so you can see what fit. But thanks for the question and inspiration!
I just ordered this bag on Zulily for $40! My husband and I were just looking at it at Babies R Us over the weekend. I couldn't pass up the awesome price!
Thank you! The Skip Hop definitely has a larger main compartment. The jujube had lots of pockets/pouches, but I felt like it would limit you if you really wanted to stuff it full. Plus, after using it for a while now, I realize I like having less pockets in the Skip Hop. I keep my things organized in smaller pouches to make it easier to transfer from one bag to the other, and if this backpack had more pockets, I'd have to unpack everything to use those pockets... make sense?
+The Cup of Tea Blog Thanks for replying! Yeah that is a smart idea to declutter. I ended up getting the skiphop kids backpack for my daughter since i have a skiphop diaper bag already so i though it would be easier hopefully!
Hey! So a "how I pack it" video is going live tomorrow, but so far so good! I actually diligently used it daily for about 3 weeks and it was super handy and is holding up so far. Haven't noticed any stitching going, etc. But I would say if you were planning on a daily backpack (and not the occasional use like I plan on) I can see it not being as sturdy as other backpacks or backpack convertibles. But if you just need a backpack for the occasional trip to the park or museum, etc, then you can't beat this for the price!
@@Ktcupoftea hello thanks for the review how about cleaning it or putting it in the washing machine ? What other sturdy backpacks do u reccomend i will use it for 2 kids as well on daily basis .
The Cup of Tea Blog I totally get why you bought this bag! Check out the jujube "be right back" in "blackout" if you ever need another! I used the 20% at buy buy baby to buy it! It's all black (with black hardware, no girly gold) and my husband and I both love to carry it! He steals it for work/travel sometimes! Haha!!! It's even more comfortable than the "bff" jujube bag! It's also $30 cheaper than the "bff" even without the coupon. Also the "be right back" can totally be used after your babies are grown. Great video mama. 💗💗💗
